History

Established in 1991.

Dennis Dillard founded Double D’s Property Maintenance, Inc. in 1991. Dennis has been in construction and property maintenance all his life and wanted to offer a wider variety of services with improved customer response that was not available in the property maintenance industry.

So Double D’s began by providing automated parking lot sweeping and steam cleaning services using new state-​of-​the-​art trucks. From those beginning’s Double D’s has grown into one of the Bay Areas leading property maintenance companies, offering services that cover a wide range, from asphalt repair, stripping, painting, or hauling, to light pole maintenance.
