I’m a realtor who worked with Michael on selling a home he remodeled the work he did was very professional and well done. I was able to sell the home on the first weekend of the open house with an over than asking price. The buyer was so impressed with all the detail and professional craftmanship. He is honest, fair and does great work.
I can’t wait to work with Michael again and on another project.

We chose Mike Sullivan to remodel two bathrooms because he was a professional, knowledgeable and experienced general contractor, who came highly recommended. We could not be happier with the outcome and with the whole process in general. The bathrooms are beautiful and exactly what we asked for. I will be calling Mike when I’m ready to remodel my kitchen.

Mike’s work turns out OK, but the pain of dealing with him is not worth it.
Everything is your fault, even when it’s his fault, he blames that on you too! He told us that he charged a 10% fee to supervise his subs and that is fairly typical, but it turned out that he was the carpentry sub so we had to pay an extra 10% for him to supervise himself! I was so glad to see him gone! The quality of his work is good, and so we are fine with that, but we think of this as a really bad contractor experience and he had claimed he could ultimately be our «contractor for life» I just have to laugh. I would never hire him again. When a contractor can’t tell a medium shake (for the roof) from a heavy shake, just by looking at it, you know you have the wrong guy. He has even sent me a personal email attack about this review — a confirmation that I am happy he is GONE.
