I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff at ServPro. Thank you Daniel for helping me through this extremely stressful time. A slow fridge leak that went under my wood floors and kitchen floors. Daniel was so professional. He answered every question and explained every step to me so I knew exactly what was happening. He even tried to work quietly so he would not wake my baby. Thank you ServPro making an awful situation very simple and calm. I would recommend them to even my sweet Grandma because you can trust them.

Servpro handled the clean-​up for a laundry room fire at my mom’s home. The were incredible. Connie handled the bulk of the coordination for the entire clean-​up effort and she was awesome. She was very professional, yet compassionate and understanding given the situation. Monica was also great — she personally handled a good amount of the cleaning effort and was also very professional and understanding during the entire process. This company is a class act, can’t thank them enough!

I work for a property management company and Servpro of Campbell is my preferred choice in remediation companies. Ron and team came out to treat some considerable water damage to our apartment and provided top notch service in our unfortunate circumstances. After assessing our situation they quickly installed fans/​dehumidifiers, keeping us in the loop throughout the entire drying process. When we learned that we would have to move out of the apartment for a considerable amount of time for repairs, Ron and team were there again to assist us in the «pack-​out». They managed to move everything out of a 3BR+ apartment into our storage unit in under a day and half, it was truly amazing. These guys really saved the day for us, we will be using them to move back in as well. I highly recommend Ron and Servpro of Campbell.

When our toilet overflowed causing considerable water damage, Project Mgr, Ron and his team came from Campbell to Livermore (in major traffic!) arriving within hours to set up fans and dehumidifiers. Ron is extremely courteous and professional and took the time to explain what would happen next. This is a blessing when you’re in freak-​out mode. He brought another team back the next morning to cut away wet carpet and flooring to allow the subfloor to dry properly. He and his team were all pleasant and helpful. Ron went above and beyond in pointing out the things I should be talking to my insurance company about. His team carefully packed out our belongings and never seemed irritated when we wanted some stuff in the garage, some in the storage pod, oh no wait let’s move that here, etc. I was impressed by how well they all worked together. I imagine all of their PMs are great but I can’t imagine anyone doing a better job than Ron did. I don’t know what I would have done if these guys hadn’t shown up. They rescued us in our time of need. THANKS GUYS!!!

Paul is great, friendly, and told me directly that I thought what it is is not mold and I don’t need their service. Answered a lot of my questions patiently and gave me suggestions and check all the details carefully. It’s great to have him stopping by for a free estimate. Highly recommended.

An undetected water leak in my kitchen sink cabinet lead to damage to the entire cabinet and revealed the evidence of mold.
My HO Ins. does not cover mold remediatiion, so the cost of treatment and cleanup of the mold was going to be on my nickel. I am a single senior female so the prospect of a big mold bill was a very big concern for me.
I called a plumber to fix the leak, and my next call was to ServePro of Campbell. They were out to my home first thing the next morning. They set up the containment of my kitchen and began the dry-​out process with dehumidifier and air scrubber.
Once the dry-​out was complete and the cabinet and drywall removed, they cleaned and treated the studs and walls two feet beyond the last evidence of mold detected to make sure they got it all.
The technicians were always on time, professional, and polite. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did, and the best part… the cost to me was way below what I anticipated.

My experience is that if you are in need of smoke or fire restoration cleanup, you’re in a particularly dangerous position as a consumer. Companies in this service sector (such as ServPro) are absolutely horrible. There are not a lot of these companies and there is usually insurance paying most of the bill. Companies choosing between taking on insurance-​funded jobs vs. a consumer-​funded jobs in a sector that does not have a lot of consumer choice, as well as the difficulty of the work itself — let the buyer beware.
One of the things I absolutely hate about Unilocal is review stacking. We’ve all experienced this. We go to Unilocal to find a company or service, sort to find the best reviewed business, find the company with a solid number of 4 star reviews, and in our haste we phone the business — only to have a horrible experience.
Leaving us wondering — how did that company get all of those glowing reviews?
As an objective and fair poster to Unilocal,I can not accuse anyone of being a shill for a company. All I can do is to offer my honest and fair assessment. I try to be professional, fact-​based and unemotional. In the case of ServPro, whom I used to do an office smoke cleanup, I can only say that this company is incompetent and expensively incompetent. I wouldn’t use them to clean my cat’s litter box.

We recently had a leak in the master bedroom bathroom ceiling of our rental in San Mateo after a heavy rain. I immediately called Servpro of Campbell for an appointment to review the situation. This is the third time I have used their services this winter. Servpros representative Jessie showed up on the first job and did such a first class job, I have requested him for each additional job because he is very professional, takes the time to evaluate and explain all the details of what has to be done to correct the damage and leaves the job site clean. We called Servpro for mold remediation in a house we just purchased. They set up containment barriers and air scrubbers and removed all the bad stuff.
Jessie and team were great. Clear communication, clear reasonable pricing, and clear schedule. This is exactly what I needed.
I felt safe having them working in my house when I was not home, and had no issues.
They listened to our unique needs and followed our wishes.
I would call them back for any future clean up needs.

My first impression was good — Justin was very friendly and looked like everything is taken care of.
However – follow up is not so good experience, I need to call back for months to get my inventory list and work on my claim. Insurance company even dropped my claim since they do not receive inventory list — terrible experience, I have to call insurance company to reinstate my claim. I guess the service is lacking (especially they received the payment from my insurance company already!)

An unknown leak from our shower faucet behind the wall eventually showed its ugly damage by water stains on our baseboard, wet carpet, and every homeowners scurge — mold.
We got right down to it & solicited 4 quotes (I like to error on the side of too much information). As the days passed & the inspections for quoting finished, we narrowed our choice to those who responded to our questions and yes even those who presented us with detailed, professionally written quotes. We liked Jesse’s technical knowledge and willingness to answer our questions along with Erin at the office. Our State Farm agent had recommended them but that wasn’t as much of an influence since State Farm would not pay for the damage or mold remediation — it had to be a result of a ‘catastophic pipe breakage’ (slow leaks don’t count) — read your small print.
Having selected ServPro, we prepped the rooms (bdrm & bthrm) as per their instructions and, although they were late to arrive on Monday, they DID call ahead and informed us that their crews had a particularly busy weekend & Monday a.m. working emergency jobs. They were only a few hours beyond their original time and got to work quickly. I was impressed from the get-​go as they donned shoe covers and introducted themselves while Jesse explained in detail what they were going to do & look for.
It turned out that we were fortunate to have only a small amount of mold (less than 4 SF) but all the equipment, dehumidifier & air scrubber, still needed to run 24 hrs. They hung a containment barrier, cranked up their machines & were out in 2 hours.
Note: a couple of bidders had said we’d have to vacate our home from 2 — 4 days while they donned their HAZMAT suits and worked feverishly to rid our home of the scurge of mold contamination. While ServPro didn’t require that, they were very professionally safe during their work and we felt in no danger.

As it turned out, we didn’t have enough mold to warrant the evacuation AND, drum roll please, because their was so little moisture and/​or mold in our two walls, the amount of demo & cleaning work was less than bid so they reduced their charge about 70%! Now that doesn’t happen very often. They said that they had bid high because you don’t know, besides their metering devices, what the extent of mold will be until they start tearing out the drywall. So, to avoid any $$ surprises, they bid high in hopes that it’ll come down once they’re into the job.
I’m probably more apt to leave a positive review because I saved some money but that doesn’t change the fact that this company does the job right for a very competive price — case closed.

We had a slow leak from the condenser in the refrigerator in the kitchen. Little did we know the damage caused to the kitchen until a beautiful mushroom started to show up on the floor at the base board!
Our insurance agent was contacted, and the claim adjuster came to inspect the damage. She recommended a few fire and water cleanup companies, and we decided to go with Servpro. And that turned out to be an excellent choice indeed.
Allen and Gulpo met with us soon after the call. They explained to us the whole process in detail and what to expect. They inspected the kitchen and the crawl space underneath the house to determine the extent of the water damage and if there were molds. Long story short, when they came back the following day, half of the kitchen was gone with blowers and dehumidifiers being set up strategically to dry up the floor and the crawl space below the kitchen.
Throughout the whole ordeal, they kept us informed of the development, coming back on a regular basis to check on the drying process. In fact, they have just left a few minutes back today. Now, we have our quiet house with a dry kitchen back ready for the remodeling, which my wife has been nagging me about for years!
In short, my wife and I appreciated the quality services offered by Servpro and the professionals such as Allen and Gulp representing the company. They were indeed exemplary in their expert knowledge, compassionate nature, and friendly and professional service. It wasn’t a pleasant situation for us to have to deal with, but these two had somehow managed to make it tolerable and at times even fun!

I just moved into my new place and within a week we discovered extensive water damage to my two downstairs bathrooms. As a full time working single mother of 4 under the age of 8, I had no idea of where to turn. On my way back from work I saw a van with the «servepro» logo and number advertised. I called them and the manager, Allen, was so thorough in explaining procedure and cost. They came the next day and literally made it seem like nothing ever happened! Thank you Servepro of Campbell!!!

When I found out my 2-​year-​old dishwasher had damaged my newly renovated kitchen, the appliance’s insurance division recommended Servpro for mold and water mitigation.
Frankly, I was concerned because it is a franchise, but the moment I spoke with the staff at Servpro of Campbell, I was reassured. Both the office staff and the field staff are kind, thorough, friendly and great communicators.
The field staff explained each step clearly, kept me informed and did an excellent job of mitigating the damage. They are great professionals and have a good «bedside manner.»

I JUST had a situation where the apartment that I was moving out of was going to charge my girlfriend and I $ 1,600 USD to replace all of the carpet in the 1 bedroom 850 sq. ft. apartment due to «unsalvagable wear and tear». The carpet was brand new when we moved in and we only lived there for a year! But the traffic marks on the carpet were unacceptable to their standards for moving in new tenants.
The apartment manager called us up 4 days after we moved out and told us that they had a company that they always use for steam cleaning come out and steam clean the carpets, however, the carpets were still extremely dirty and unsalvagable. He then explained to me that on top of not receiving any of our $ 600 deposit back, he’d be sending us a bill for $ 1,000 USD for replacing the carpet. After battling with him, he gave me one last chance to get the carpet cleaned by a professional company that I would have to pay for myself. And THANK GOD I called SERVPRO OF CAMPBELL!!!
The guys came out, were super professional, Showcase cleaned my carpets with the rotary machine, and then Steamed Cleaned them to perfection! On top of all that, they used some kind of spotting kit, and it took the stains right out! By the end of it, both myself and the apartment manager were so amazed, the apartment manager asked for their card!
These guys are the real deal. The immense Value-​Add that is gained from dealing with such a highly knowledgable and professional team like Servpro of Campell is priceless. Thank you guys so much! There’s no way that I could’ve afforded to pay that $ 1000 extra bucks right after moving.

Water damage to our newly remodeled home. Not fun. First call was to our homeowner’s insurance. Second call was to Servpro — Campbell. Alan arrived with water moisture meters, dehumidifiers, and HEPA Filters. He was quick to follow up and coordinate with our insurance.
In following days, Servpro was «johnny on the spot» to arrive, isolate the damaged areas, and then demo the damaged areas. Each person that arrived on site was introduced to my husband and I, and were professional throughout the process. In fact, several of the workers were sympathetic with our situation.
We have 2 small children, and decided to live through the repairs. Servpro worked with us to set up containments, perform 2 separate moveouts of our furniture and 2 separate movebacks of our belongings.
Unfortunately, our antique glass coffee table was broken during the move. Servpro was quick to respond to ensure that it was replaced, and to our satisfaction. We were pleased with their prompt attention.
Finally, as the construction repairs have now been completed, Servpro worked with our insurance to have our carpets cleaned to eliminate the construction dust that migrated into our other living areas.
Bottom line, we have been very satisfied with Servpro’s services and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with mitigating home damage, moving, cleaning, etc.

We had ServPro of Cambell come take care of some major water damage which had occurred in our house this past weekend and I cannot thank the ServPro (Of Campbell) team enough for their great work, effort and timely response.
With Memorial day being a holiday I assumed a majority of places would be closed but fortunately for me, the ServPro team answered right away and was at my house within a few hours to repair the damage done. They were completely respectful, professional and friendly.
