Fantastic service! Had my rear window broken out and had to get it repaired. Their staff walked me through the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was very well done, my car looks great! I spoke with Josie and Paul mostly and they were extremely professional and very informative. I will definitely be returning the next time I need work done.

Got rear-​ended on the freeway (again!). This was the 3^rd time I brought my car into Advanced Auto Body to be fixed. Each time the quality of the repair and customer service has been excellent! I’ve also brought in my wife’s car for some work. It too was done beautifully. They also helped arrange a rental car for me each time. I highly recommend them and will take my cars back for repairs if they get banged-​up again.

getting in a car accident in december is never easy… so when i took my car in i was a little skeptical because more than ever i needed to get around. when i had received my car back after rear ending someone i got my car looking better than when i had originally got it. hands down best costumer service at the front desk. thank you joclyn and amber for making this experience easy!

I must be one of the unlucky people who had a terrible experience with Advanced Auto Body. 12÷7÷15 Took my car in for an estimate. The owner did the estimate and took photos of the damage. He said it would take 3 days to repair the bumper. This made me happy. I Took my car in 12÷15÷15 for them to start the repair. I was quoted 4 to 5 days for repair. Not happy that it was going to take longer than originally quoted, but had no choice. Emphasized that I would be renting a car, so I needed to get my car back as quickly as possible. I also requeseted they upload the repair estimate and photos to my insurance company so they had the information.
I called on the 4^th day, ¹²⁄₁₉ and the woman I spoke with could not give me any information. There was nothing in the computer showing the status of my car, or even the original estimate. She said the owner would be in at 1:00 and would call me back. I happened to be in the area so I dropped by the shop. The woman who helped me could not find any information in the computer. She was gone for 20 minutes trying to get a status on my car. When she came back she said it would be ready on Wednesday, 12÷23÷15. That’s 7 full days they would have my car for a minor dent in the bumper. Needless to say, I was not happy and expressed my deep displeasure with the deceptive quote for time to repair, that the owner had not called me back and still was not in, and that they still had not uploaded the estimate and photos to my insurance company.
I received a call a little while later from the owner. He said there was a mix up, they had two cars like mine in the shop and mine would be ready on Tuesday by 9:00 a.m. I thanked him for the call and asked that he please get the estimate and photos uploaded to my insurance company. So, the repair went from 3 days to 6 days, with no reason given.
12÷22÷15 I picked up the car. It looked great. I called my insurance claims adjuster and she said «I just got the estimate for your repair. Advanced Auto Body said you hadn’t paid for the repair yet, so I sent them a check for $xxxx.xx.» (almost three times more than the actual cost of repair) I told the claims adjuster the repair cost was only $ 858 and that I had already paid for it when I picked up the car. Advanced Auto Body had sent them information on someone elses repair. Now the insurance company has to void the check, contact Advanced Auto Body AGAIN and request the correct estimate and then send me the check for the repair, as well as the rental car cost.
I called Advanced Auto Body and spoke with the owner to share my terrible experience. He tried to blame the delay on the insurance company because the claims adjuster had not returned a call from the day before.
I will never do business with this company again.

After a recent body repair at Advanced Auto Body, I have four concerns:
1) They were not able to meet their time commitment causing me to be without my car for an additional four days, 100% longer than their original quote.
2) The technician neglected to properly adjust both hood latches. He fixed the concern but caused me to question what other details may have been overlooked.
3) The frontline receptionist seemed ‘bothered’ whenever I called to get info about the repair timeline.
4) After my car spent 7 days in their shop, they neglected to wash or even dust off the painted surfaces.
While the repair was satisfactory, the service was disappointing, and I will find another body shop should I need one in the future.

I had my car repaired here after being rear ended. I am not kidding that my bumper looks better now than it did when I got the car. I was expecting it to be repaired, but I had no idea it would look so terrific. Thank you for all your hard work.

This is our 2^nd time visiting Advanced Auto body and both times have been a wonderful experience. They are super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend.

Advanced Auto Body goes above and beyond. Unfortunately, I have needed the services of an auto body shop quite a few times. I’ve tried all the «top places» in South County. One Auto Body Shop, which shall remain nameless, got overspray all over our car and it never came out. The car was 5 months old. So when I dropped off my car and told Jonathan Thayer about my concerns, he assured me there wouldn’t be one drop of overspray on my car. He was right. They go above and beyond to make a customer happy. I will no longer go to the «other guys.» I hope I don’t have an accident, but if I do, I’ll drive right to Advanced Auto Body! Thanks Jonathan for all of your help!!!

I went to this company to get an estimate after being in an accident after taking my information and several phone calls I was not able to get an estimate and then I called today to ask if there was anything that I did wrong or any reason but instead they just said there try to have for me the next business day and they didn’t so I went to another company so I feel like they’re recording and all the hoopla is just a big smoke screen and I would not recommend them to anybody because I think their customer service is lousy and that they do not care about the customer.

I brought my car here because the person who hit my car had Allstate insurance and this is where they recommended that I go for repairs. This body shop is also the same shop that the Morgan Hill Ford Store uses as well, so I felt pretty good about going here. I got there and reviewed the damages with Sal, he is such a nice guy and was very understanding about the work that needed to be done. They had about a one week wait list for me to bring my car in to do the actual repairs, which was fine. I made the appointment for the following week and I then dropped it off. The ladies at the front desk were very nice, the waiting area was clean and had water and coffee if you had to wait. As the repairs were being done I was notified that they had found an issue from a previous body shop repair done about 2 years ago and I authorized them to fix the issue as well. During that same call they said my car would be ready either Wednesday or Thursday but that they would call me. On Thursday I got a call at 4pm stating that i could pick up my car that day before 6pm, I told the girl that I didnt get off until 8pm that day so I would come in Friday morning. I returned the rental car and then went to the body shop (dont ever do that!) when I got my car brought to the front I started to check it out. At the body shop I found that there was compound all over the driver side mirror and the door handle was loose and paint was missing. Sal was off that day so i dealt with someone else, I pointed out these things and he agreed that those 2 items needed to be fixed. So he took the car to the back and I waited in the lobby, a few minutes later another man comes up and says let me see these issues and i told him they already took my car to the back, he said ok I will order a new door handle. Then he asked me if i wanted to take the car anyways and i told him I had no choice I had already returned the rental car and i had to go to work. So I took the car and as I adjusted the driver side mirror it was rattling and shaking, clearly that is not how it should work. Then I tried to roll down the window on the driver side and it was making this horrible grinding noise, and then the mustang emblem on the floor mats had been ripped off and thrown under the mat. Also the car was still no driving correctly and this was something I had asked them to check from day one, it was not done. I called immediately to let them know about all the issues that I had found beyond the items I had mentioned. They told me that i could come back next week to have those items addressed. This didnt make me happy at all, I brought my car back on Wednesday and the Allstate agent was there to meet with me. Please see my review about Allstate… Sal was there this time and I went through all the issues that I found and the door that they didnt even work on had damage on it and they took no responsibility for it. They made everything right and got me a rental car except for the damage on the passenger side door. In a nut shell I do thing that they are a good body shop when their hands are not tied by an insurance company but I think there are some employees that are very careless.

I brought in my car for a small repair — my detached side mirror needed new screws and adhesive to be reattached. Not only was I treated with the utmost courtesy and attention, but I was not charged for the repair! Wow. Just wow. Thank you so much Advanced Auto Body!

We have used Advanced Auto Body each time our automobiles have needed auto body repair.
We have received excellent care as soon as we have walked through the door to the time of pick up. We are kept updated with the progress of our vehicle during repair. This last service was a front bumper repair due to a deer. There was a delay, only because Advanced Auto would not accept a damaged part that was sent by Lexus. A new bumper was requested. I am thankful Advanced Auto Body will only accept quality parts!

Nobody likes having to send their car to a body shop, the hassle of taking time off of work, going back and forth on estimating. However, Advanced Auto Body made it so convenient and easy. Loved being able to stop in anytime if I had a question. The whole process was so easy and smooth. When I got my truck back it looked prettier than when I dropped it off. Thank you Advance Auto Body team from the front office to the body team you were all great!

I was involved in an accident in my companies vehicle sometime in oct /​nov 2014. This was the place near my home. Came in and meet sal who did the estimate and had my repairs done. Once I got my car back it was missing some decals that they charged $ 200 for. I told David N right away was assured that in a couple of weeks before they get it and would call me. Weeks passed. I called and they say it would be there soon. Now months passed I called and spoke with Inez who pulled up my file and said yes we are getting it and acted very nicely as if she was going to help me, after some phone calls she assured me that it will be there and they will call me. It has been over 6 – 7 months and nothing. I had enough, you can take those $ 200 it didn’t come out of my pocket so I’m not going I push the issue but know that you’ve lost a customer and potentially more with these kind of things. Yes and if you need to know its the 2012 Jeep Patriot with the red decals. Tony T

We had our brand new C-​Max Energi in a fender bender. The Insurance Company gave us a choice of three-​four shops. We read the Unilocal Reviews and chose Advanced Auto Body Shop in Morgan Hill, The shop area is very clean and organized, the reception area is very welcoming, the receptionist was very helpful and was able to keep my husband calm. When they found more damage, they called right away and notified the insurance company.
Our car was ready exactly when they promised and it was washed and look like it came off of the showroom floor. A great business to do work with. Thanks Advanced Auto Body Shop

They did a nice job. I would give them 5 stars if is was done in a timely manner as promised. Maybe a little better communication would help too.

I had my first experience with AAB about 3 – 4 weeks ago and let me tell you, 110% satisfied!!! Everything was handled professionally and efficiently, every step of the way, from the time I called to set an appointment, to the time I was called and told my car was ready to pick up! I will recommend this shop to everyone I know, and even to people I don’t!
Thinking about the process of having your vehicle fixed after being damaged can be very stressful, so I wasn’t looking forward to this at all. So i was VERY surprised and happy when i went in to AAB, and was helped out by this very professional and friendly lady named Amber. Amber guided me through the process very quickly and made everything very stress-​free, which was impressive.
Paul was my estimator, and it was amazing how efficient and knowledgeable he was. Very helpful and even answered all 982 questions I had for him! He also explained everything in a way that I could understand him, which I appreciated a lot.
My repairs were going to take a 6 – 7 days and I was kind of stressing out because thats my only vehicle and I have to work!!! Not a problem, AAB told me to get into contact with my insurance company and helped me get a rental car. Problem SOLVED!
A huge thing that separates AAB from any other shop I have been too, is their service. They consistently updated me about my vehicle and even though I was in a stressful situation, they made me feel like family. I almost forgot I was talking to employees at a body shop, which was fantastic.
Finally the day came when i could get my baby back!!! YES!!! I will admit I was a little nervous and I expected to notice that my car had just been worked on, but when i saw my car, it looked better then when I dropped it off! Is this real life? The paint matched perfectly, and everything was clean, no excess paint or marks left behind. You know what made me smile? Even the illusive McDonald’s cup that was halfway crammed underneath my passenger seat was gone! Talk about attention to details!
Its the little things in life that count, and AAB does an EXCELLENT job at making sure all of the details with my car were taken care plus some! That is outstanding, and i will continue to brag about the great treatment I received from everyone I came into contact with! 5 stars for Paul and his team!

It’s very rare that I ever leave my car over night at any body shop/​dealership (usually because I do all the work to my car personally). Ive always had the fear that someone will take my car for a joyride like all these horror stories you hear about at other places, but when I left my 350z over at advanced auto body I felt very comfortable and assured that David would take care of it. I was quoted that replacing my front bumper plus painting it and mounting my new wheel would take 5 days and I believe they got it done in 4 and when I came to pick up my car it looked amazing. I was very impressed with the customer service, time it took to fix my car, and the quality work they did. I made sure to check the corners of the bumper to see if they missed any spots or even for paint runs but it was perfect I couldn’t have been more happy with taking my car here. I know for sure if anyone ever hits my car again or I need some kind of body work done I will not think twice about coming here first. And I forgot to mention they returned my car all washed and clean which definitely added to the 5 stars!

Well here I am again needing the services of Advanced Auto Body, delighted with their services and happy to write a positive happy customer review.
David Natt is the BEST! He is one of AAB’s estimators and does an excellent job at explaining everything, getting the right parts and making sure they will meet your expectations, while all along treating you like Royalty.
While discussing my repair, I inquired about detailing, which pleasantly they provide. I opted for it since my car had not had a decent wax in awhile. All I can say is WOW!
My car looked like a million bucks when I picked it up and it was ready ahead of schedule!
Thanks again for a great repair, SUPER customer service by the office staff and estimators, well just everyone.
