The Overlook at Rancho Belago

I’ve stayed at this complex since February 2014. The first management company (Alliance) did an outstanding job providing its tenants quick access to submitting work orders online through the apartment’s website. Alliance displayed outstanding customer service during their tenure of my 1^st and 2^nd lease with Broadstone Overlook. The staff members were always friendly, courteous, and very efficient in handling its tenants’ requests.
Today, the property is managed by a company named Cannon. Cannon Management’s staff appears to be incompetent when dealing with tenant’s work orders. Cannon does not have a website that provides its tenants an online interface to submit work requests. Cannon’s staff does not extend the same enthusiasm that Alliance brought when trying to help its tenants… they always seem to find excuses not to help its tenants before understanding the tenant’s request. For instance, I spoke to one of the leasing office staff requesting to have my dryer hose vent cleaned as it hasn’t been cleaned for nearly 2-​years. She responded by saying that, …“those vents are usually cleaned by the tenants after every load” No joke.
To put it simply, DO NOT COMMIT TOO LONG OF A LEASE AT THIS PROPERTY. It’s a nice location with a great view, and very close to grocery stores and shops… but not worth the long run under Cannon Management.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! It looks Beautiful and like a great place to live its a Good place in Moreno Valley Moreno beach area close to shopping centers which is awesome !! When we did the tour they showed us a great nice apartment close to Pool and GYM. However the down fall is that we have some bad neighbors we moved in and there has been dog poop in front or by our apartment like 3 times and I’ve told management after the first time I would think they would’ve sent someone to clean it. Nothing was done, Second time called again since nothing was Done and all they did was Send notices to everyone saying they had complaints about the pets and not cleaning there mess. The poop was still left called again and finally they sent maintenance the assistants Manager is Awesome she is very Helpful !! When I spoke to her she sent maintenance had it cleaned up the prior two times spoke to Someone else who didn’t get anything done. Manager isn’t helpful in my opinion … Our upstairs neighbors r The Most INCONSIDERATE! They make so much noise all day and We can hear everything Above us! We honestly been here like 2 months and we are NOT HAPPY. We might cut our lease short we have contacted Curtesy control twice regarding noise complaints since this is what Management instructed from us and we me n husband spoke to management about noise going on upstairs and these people still have no Curtesy to Keep the Stomping, running to a minimum. I even got so fed up went upstairs to speak to them and the noise stopped for a day Continued the next. Its horrible here!!! If you get lucky and don’t have bad neighbors u will enjoy it here if you don’t then you won’t because management won’t do much for you regarding neighbors you have to deal stick it out tell your lease is up… or pay the cash to cut it short.
They do not have Security here at all.
This is our first apartment and not a great experience anticipating the days to move out paying 1215 $ for a one bedroom and its just not a Great experience its horrible trying to make the most of this Place while we’re here for our little one we have since we have to adjust to having crappy neighbors and nothing being done regarding issues we go through while living here

My family and I moved here almost a month ago and absolutely LOVE it here. The staff in the office has been amazing, extremely informative and helped us get the best deal for our needs and budget. Our stay will be short-​term but if the need comes up I would come back in a heart beat.
The complex is very well taken care of, the amenities far exceed other complexes in the area (we looked at at least 5 different places before deciding) but what really brought us back here was the kind staff (Candi & Susie). The apartment floor plans are well layed out and have more than met and exceeded our expectations. The appliances are all included are all fairly new if not brand new. The cabinets are larger than most apartments so storage isn’t a problem not to mention there is an extra storage area by the water heater closet outside off of the patio.
I highly recommend these apartments over anything in Moreno Valley and know that you will not be disappointed! These apartment are really close to the 60 freeway as well as a decent size shopping area, close enough we can walk to it.
