Juice It Up!

Hours says open at 9:00am and it’s 9:15 on a Sunday. Can you be responsible employees and show up to work on time? This is the 3^rd time I have come and the store is never open at indicated time. Just close so another juice place can replace you.

I absolutely love this place. It’s my go to place. The staff is extremely friendly. They always are very quick with their work but they are never sloppy. Work area is always clean. I never know what to get because everything is so good. And have yo heard of their healthy rewards card? It so great ! They are so funny and great !

Love this place. The staff is young and friendly. The wait is never very long and the drinks are always amazing. I typically choose the build your own but they have a big menu to choose from too

830am and still not open. Workers don’t connect with customers at all. They don’t care it’s just a paycheck.
Come on people.

I’m giving 3stars because the owners at this location are great. Some staff however… Not so much. They always have to remake my drink. One day I brought it back and the girl was like, «oh, so you want to taste all the flavors.» Um ya! It’s a blended fruit smoothie! No consistency, and staff is always texting behind the camera between working. I use to literally go everyday back in the day when Becka was there because the staff was awesome and made really good drinks, talked to customers and understood business conduct. Now, this girl seriously needs to be retrained because she can not follow a recipe. It’s right in front of you… Near the juice fountain. We pay a lot for the drink, please make it right.

Awesome Place. Even though the prices went up like a motha&?;;, the staff makes up for it. I am a loyal customer because the Juice is excellent and the Service is spectacular!

I come here a lot. I love the selections, today 8÷21÷2014, the girl, with the face piercing and booty short shorts on, who served me was so RUDE! Like stuck up rude! Also the guy with the faded comb over hair cut. Made my order in 2 seconds and didn’t even greet me when I got my drink, just walked away. Like I said I always come here and everyone is super nice, except these two.

Decent. More urban and young then the one off day. The attitude level also matches. Staff act like they hate their lives & hate being there. So don’t be surprised.

This location happens to be nearest to where I live so if I am out running errands with our son, he will point and ask for a smoothie… he loves fruit! There appeared to be a new menu item so I asked the cashier what the difference was between that pineapple smoothie and the usual one… she just repeated the title of the smoothie (I don’t remember off the top of my head right now what it was called). Both she and the one making the smoothies were very unenthusiastic and acted like they did not want to be there… at all. For $ 10 worth of smoothies, can we get a smile, thank you, or at least staff who are able to explain a menu item when customers have a question? She never offered us the free boost that should have come with our smoothies and I did not remember until after the fact. I will drive further to a different location which has employees who don’t act as if customers are bothering them with their smoothie orders. The juicer was broken anyways, might as well have just closed shop for the day and get paid the hourly wage.

Lazy employees can’t even say hello when you walk in. They are too busy discussing their lame lives at Juice it Up! Requested some gift cards and they don’t have any sleeves or envelopes for them! I asked them to check in the back to see what they had and the girl just looked at me with a lazy face and said we don’t have any. I changed my mind on this gift card and walked out. These 2 girls who work there seriously are going to drown in the real world!

Ok, first things first. I have been to many many juice it ups. This one is the absolute worst I’ve been to.
I ordered an ultimate berry bowl, without honey and extra granola. They told me the extra granola would be an additional 50 cents. No big deal.
They told me the bowl was ready. First thing is they didn’t put a lid on it. I refuse to balance the bowl while driving. I hunted for the lid and took care of it myself. Secondly, I didn’t get the extra granola I paid for. Third, the strawberries where frozen. I’m saying, they were hard as a rock! That was a first!
This berry bowl is not cheap! It cost me over $ 7.50, the least they could do is provide an edible product and give me what I paid for!
Terrible, terrible place.

They take forever here I been waiting on my drink for like 20 mins already and it was only 2 people ahead of me and I’m still waiting. LAST TIME HERE I PROMISE !!!

Great drinks, ok service, and area needs some cleaning and organizing. Workers don’t have a friendly approachable attitude. They seem like they are doing us a favor. If it wasn’t for the service and cleanliness, I’d give this place 5 stars.

I’ve been to this location over 30 TIMES, see the same workers over and over again, and purchase the same exact drink each time (24 oz. Sunrise Splash w/​a fat burner boost). It’s like the employees don’t even recognize a regular customer and think my order is something new each time. The worst part is that 90% of the time they forget to put the boost in. I highly suggest you watch the employees make your beverage. Considering the amount of times I’ve had to ask them, «Did you put in my boost?» and receive «No» as the answer, I’m more than sure that the odds of them forgetting to put in YOUR boost are pretty high. The only reason I go here is because I drink smoothies for my diet and I’d prefer to go to Jamba Juice, but it’s a little far.
Minus 2 stars for service and for not recognizing regular customers (I go to the shop so often that you guys should know my name by now)
Minus 2 Stars for making my smoothie incorrectly (even though I order the SAME EXACT SMOOTHIE each time with the SAME EXACT BOOST)

I like the flavor of juice it up over jamba. Great service. Never busy. Cute workers.
