Optometric Center of Moreno Valley

I have been seeing Dr. Clayton for over 10 years. He is such a knowledgeable and friendly doctor, and he takes the time to make notes about not only my vision needs but what is going on in my life, as well to remember from year-​to-​year. This adds a personal touch to the visit, and not many doctors take the time to do that! I would highly recommend him for all your family’s eye care needs and the staff is very friendly there as well.

We loved this center, doctor was very informative and professional, she made our daughter feel comfortable and have fun during the eye exam. Glasses were ready in no time, we really recommend them!

Nice office. Clean, big, and office people were average. I was hoping that I could give 5 stars for my review but… assistant was just ok and optometrist was rushed due to being 1hour behind. Oh well. I will try somewhere else next year.

Our daughter was very pleased with the Optometric Center of Moreno Valley. She said Dr. Clayton and the staff were very nice and helpful. They gave her the paperwork to send in for a rebate, which we appreciated.

Dr. Clayton is an excellent Optometrist. Very professional and nice. I have been bringing my kids, now 7 – 20 year olds for years. They too like their visits here. The waiting, consultation, and frame rooms are all nice, clean, and pleasant. I highly recommend it.

Friendly staff and Dr. Misha Kim was super helpful. It was really busy when I went but she took her time being thorough and explaining everything. She went out of her way to get me a discount for my contact orders even though I had used my insurance for my glasses. I recommend anyone coming here to see her! She was very friendly and professional and very helpful!

My family and I have been a patient of Dr. Ragsdale for more than 15 years. He recently retired and I’ve been seeing Dr. Clayton here for couple of years now; so far, I’m pleased with his work and bedside manners.
Just because this is a new location, doesn’t mean it is better than the old one. It’s just bigger. As far as the cleanliness and overall look/​feel of this facility… well, for the last 15 yrs., they’ve always maintain a clean and comfortable setting with clean and updated equipments.
This facility also offers a wide range of eye wear or frames. They carry brand name frames like Oakley, Rayban, Harley Davison, Gucci, Versace, Ralph Lauren and etc, but they also carry inexpensive generic frames. In case you can’t find what you’re looking for in their display, they also have special order catalog. Another plus here are their timely delivery of your eye wear. Two weeks means 2 weeks or sooner, never later.
Office staffs are consistenly friendly and accommodating. Due to my work schedule, I often request for the last appt. of the day; which at times, I still come a bit late. So far, they seem understanding and takes me in without issues. I was also accommodated once or twice for a request of a same day appt. The eye wear department also cleans, fixed and adjusted all my eye glasses for free of charge all throughout the years, even at those times when I did not have eye insurance. I’m very satisfied with their overall service here.
