Alvista Towngate

Lived here for a few years, great place to live, quiet, the staff takes care of any issues that need to be addressed. Have not had any problems with them. The complex is always kept up nice as well.

I loved Alvista Towngate! It was an amazing experience to live in an apartment again after years of living in a house! Stephanie, Serena and Audrey made my transition so easy! These girls sure know what true costumer service is all about and made me fall in love with their community! They showed pride in their product and actually seemed to enjoy their job too! I looked at a lot of properties in the I.E. area and chose Alvista Towngate simply because these ladies showed me compassion and simply took care of me as soon as I walked in, they worked as a team & that was so refreshing! Mind you it was raining and still they were eagerly wanting to show me my new home and the amenities! Yes they got wet from the rain, because they offered an umbrella to the clients rather than on themselves! I say this because they were the only property that day to actually give me a tour, even with bad weather! Now that’s a great sales person! If it weren’t for my job relocation I would have stayed longer, but sadly I had to move on! I hope for the best on these lovely women and I see them moving up to bigger things! Also maintenance is also on top of their stuff! Cesar was so helpful when I needed help on hanging my TV, I know he was hesitant because of company policies but him assisting me was just wonderful! Ray always came to complete my work orders and helped me to understand how to work the A/​C thermostat, most will just say oh just do this and leave! Bernie was wonderful too always making the place look nice picking up trash even when just arriving to work, I would see him walking from his car and just working right away! Thank you Alvista Towngate team! I will miss you greatly???

We love it here! My husband and I moved in almost three years ago! We had a baby Just over a year ago. We feel safe which is of paramount importance with our little one! The complex is beautiful and well lit, and very well maintained. I love that we have a washer and dryer in the unit and all of the windows in the apartment keep it bright. Not to mention the walk in closets! We need the storage! Everyone has always been wonderful to us! Aubrey and Stephanie in the office are wonderful and Ceasar always makes sure any problems are fixed within a day. Most of the time, same day! No questions asked! Cant say enough good things about our time here!

Almost a year ago, my car was stolen from the parking lot, when i asked management for the video from the cameras at the front gates, they said they would work on it and I never heard anything from them again. Very unprofessional! Also, the people who live above us have always been very very loud! Music playing so loud I can hear the words and stomping around like they don’t have people living under them. Nothing has ever been done to stop this. Definetely moving once our lease is up!

I enjoyed living here.
Office: Stephanie is so friendly and remembered us since we moved in. They let me print stuff here without charging. They always make conversation and are quick to answer any questions.
Gym/​pool: love the gym. Never used the pool.
Grounds: well kept.
Apartment: I had a 1 bed/​1 bath. It was perfect for us. Just bummed we didn’t have a private patio area.
Parking: not my favorite. Not enough open slots on my side of the complex. But I had a garage

So much space! I’ve looked around at all the apartments in Moreno Valley and none of them compare to the living, bedroom and closet space.
The closets are huge (which is always my favorite thing)
I’ve had no issues at all with living here, it’s quiet, peaceful, clean and safe.
Management is great, they will always work with you no matter what. And the repair men always come within a timely manner which is great.
The apartment comes with all appliances and washer and dryer inside the unit.
The bathrooms have a huge soaking tub that adults and children will love.
You also get a nice patio area to set up a small table and chairs.
You can also have a covered parking spot or a garage with plenty of room! There’s a ton of free parking all around for your guests as well.
None of my previous complexes compare.
I truly love living here.

We’ve lived here for almost two years and I absolutely hate it. The apartments are built so cheaply that I can hear literally everything going on in the neighbor’s place. We tried to paint a stripe around our daughter’s room but couldn’t get a straight line because the floors are so uneven. There’s no storage whatsoever, your bedroom window faces the landing where your neighbors walk to get to their door, so forget about leaving the window open on a nice night. The maintenance is a joke. Everything has to be fixed twice or more or when they leave something else is broken. You can only have Time Warner because dishes are an eyesore, so we pay $ 65 more a month even though other people who already had Directv or Dish are allowed to keep their dishes. We are moving at the end of this month and I couldn’t be more excited. Oh and unsupervised children bombard the pool and the gym. I’ve heard the kids talking about how much they pee in the pool and seen them start the treadmills as fast as they can and then try to jump on them. And another thing, your upstairs neighbor’s laundry vent empties on to your «patio» if you want to call it that. We’ve had so much lint stuck to our BBQ that it took buckets of water to get it clean. So, run, run far and live somewhere else.

I’ve lived here for a few months now and it’s great. The apartments are spacious and updated. I have the Soho extended floor plan so there are two spacious walk in closets (one is relatively bigger than the other). The apartments also have a gym, pool and spa, and the washer and dryer in the unit. Apartment either come with one garage or one covered parking spot, but there are plenty of places to park.
Our leasing agent is Stephanie and she is wonderful. She gets all requests done in a timely manner. The neighbors are friendly and the leasing office will throw events at the office or park once in the while. I also usually see a cop car patrol the apartments every night.

I live here. The staff is great and the place is super nice. A little on the expensive side, but you have a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. They keep up on the maintenence.

I love it here! The apartments are spacious with washer and dryers… everything feels just a little nicer. Maintenance is very nice and always fixes my issue within a day. I haven’t had any issues with noise or parties in my building and the double pane windows block out the sound of traffic even though I live right on the street. I’ve lived here about 3 months now and haven’t seen any cars broken into. You do get the occasional person digging through the trash for cans, but they don’t bother anyone. There are a lot of young kids living in the complex, and they do like to play in the parking lot — but they’re not malicious or anything, and they do move when cars drive by. The location is great, and I feel very safe living here. I would recommend it to anyone!
The leasing office has become progressively worse since the new company took over. The girls seem pretty inept.
EDIT: On move-​out the leasing office kept about $ 250 from our security deposit for carpet cleaning, painting, and an electric bill that was a lot more than we normally paid. They promised to get me a copy of the bill, but never did. I feel ripped-​off, therefore they are losing a star.
