Best place to take your car to have your auto body work done. Very friendly and professional. All comprehensive damage was taken care of as I waited, in short while my car was fixed I was on my way.
Thanks for the help, if I ever have another claim I’ll be back!

What a refreshing place to bring your car for excellent service! The staff is very courteous and professional! I only wish I had found them sooner! As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars or or body repairs, they could have taken me to the cleaners but they were amazing! This is my «go to place» for any future work I might need. They were recommended to me by a dear friend who has used them many times in the past (her daughter his a bad habit of «bumping into things». She raved about the fast, friendly and professional service and she was right-​on! Gabriel Silva and Cindy Marin were so nice! My fender-​bender was traumatizing to me. They see them every day. Yet, they treated me like I with kindness and care! I only wish I could rate them a 5-​star +. I like to think they went out of their way just for me, but I could see that they treat ALL their customers with the same respect. In addition, their work was amazing/​perfect. You would never guess the car had work done to the body. Kudo for running an outstanding body shop!

Brought my 2016 for a bumper repair. Service was quick, auto rental was also easy one stop for me to handle everything. I would get text updates on my car status delivered right on time. Staff was professional i would come back.

I’ve had the manager, Sal, and his crew work on my car twice over the last couple of years. Always professional and always went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the work. It’s nice in an industry full of questionable businesses to finally find one I don’t have to worry about. They do what they say they’re going to at this shop. They will get all my future business.

I took my mercedes 500ml in for a rear end repair, pretty bad accident with over $ 10k in repairs. The finish product exceeded my expectations, the car looked great! Because it was a big repair, there was a lot of back and forth with the insurance company, which they handled well. They kept me in the loop of how the repair was going and considering the the scope of the repair, turned it around to me relatively quickly. I had a similar accident a few years back and had it repaired at a Mercedes dealership and I did have a much better experience and result at this facility. Overall, worked out great and I will definitely take my next auto body repair to this Fix Auto!

I had a fabulous experience with fix auto I’m glad I had the pleasure of taking our Truck to be fixed at fix auto, they did a wonderful job. Everyone there was wonderful and helpful they kept us informed, and their completion estimate was the exact date.

This place did an excellent job on my cars, everyone is extremely friendly and professional! I have definitely recommended it to my family and friends. They call and give you the status on your car and their timing is right on. They deliver on time and their excellent workmanship deserve 5 stars!

I was recently there for an accident and they were amazing from start to finish. The turn around time was surprising and my car looked like I was never in an accident. They went above and beyond to help me out! I would definitely go back there and recommend my friends and family.

very nice to deal with and left, they called me first thing in the morning and said it would be ready by 3:30pm that day.
they repainted the bumper and replaced the black plastic parts at the bottom.
looks like brand new

If I could give zero stars, or negative stars, I would. This place did a terrible job repairing my car then refused to stand by their so-​called «guaranteed» work.
On the advice of Geico Insurance Company I took my car in to Fix Auto after a minor accident. In order to repair the front side fender they had to remove the bumper cover. While the side panel was fixed correctly they LEFT OFF SIX CLIPS when putting the bumper cover back on! How did I find this out? Because going over one of those little concrete parking space dividers at the grocery store was somehow sufficient to tear off the bumper cover! Because the clips were missing it was hanging way too low and came off when it never should have.
I brought the car back to the shop to have it fixed and they refused to fix it without me paying more money. They claimed it was all my fault and their repair work the first time was fine. If going over a parking lot bumper were enough to tear off my bumper I would’ve lost dozens of bumpers by now. Absolute rubbish.
They went to far as to claim that the bumper cover was beyond repair because it was so torn out of shape by my «accident» and would have to be replaced. Guess what? That was not true at all.
I took my car in to a mechanic I knew to be trustworthy and he confirmed what I already suspected — that something with their repair went terribly wrong. He pointed that 6 clips were left off when the bumper cover was put back on. He also determined that the bumper did not indeed need to be replace and was able to simply put it back on with the correct number of clips. Fix Auto wanted to charge me almost $ 500 (conveniently just under my deductible amount) for work that wasn’t necessary. So in addition to refusing to fix their mistake they also were trying to RIP ME OFF.
Fix Auto created the problem, caused me undue stress in having to get a second repair, and refused to stand by their work. On top of all of that their communication with me during the first repair was terrible. I left my car there pursuant to an appointment and they took almost 4 days just to give me an estimate! I left it there on a Friday morning and it was only after I called them, quite irate, on Monday morning that I got an estimate by Monday evening. The same happened with getting the car back. They said it would be done Wednesday or Thursday. Come Thursday morning I’d again heard nothing so called them. I was told it would be ready by noon so my husband went to pick it up at 12:30pm. Was it ready? Of course not. He had to wait over an hour to get the car.
Fix Auto DOES NOT stand by their work, refuses to admit their MISTAKES, and provide awful customer service. NO ONE should patronize this establishment.

I have to say, I was nervous about taking my car anywhere after I got into an accident. GEICO recommended this shop as they have a contract with them. my car was brought in on the 19^th and this entire process has been a very pleasant experience. I even got my car three days before they said it would be done. I did have a couple problems with my car which they addressed right away and honestly I can’t really knock them for that. They did a great job and everyone within the experience was top notch.

My parents had GEICO insurance and were sent to this location for repairs.
Positive: Most of the staff is friendly, the guy coordinating the repairs was great and showed genuine concern for work performed.
Negative: After initial repairs the car needed to go back ASAP to fix a defective replacement headlight, missing wheel liner, ABS light was on, car pulling slightly to the left and the horn/​cruise control no longer working.
Overall: They did a great job on the body work and you can’t tell visually that the vehicle had been in an accident. They didn’t give us too much trouble when the car needed to go back in for further repairs, however the clock-​spring (controls horn/​cruise) went out during the accident and they stated GEICO was unwilling to repair as part of the accident. They recommended we go to the car manufacturer pay for a diagnostic and get something in writing that stated it was due to the accident, unfortunately we asked the service department at the dealership and they said they do not do that for anyone due to legal reasons. As a result that part was not swapped out and after almost a month with the car in the shop it was decided to accept the vehicle as is. While this might not be entirely fix auto’s fault the overall experience was decent but not exceptional.

Do not take your car here you will regret it. If you insurance company tries to send you here opt for somewhere else. Was told 3 times my vehicle was ready. Parts were left off the car. They did not complete the repairs. Spent 90 minutes driving here and back for shoddy incomplete work 3 times. The last time I left the shop to discover a dent in a new body part. The owner argued with me about it. Finally talked to Geico and they told me to take it somewhere else. I really tried to give this company a chance. No customer service. No quality control.

So my car was rearended by someone. The other party’s insurance told me to take the car (still drivable) to this place. What a nice surprise! Very friendly staff and most of all, incredibly efficient. This is a shout out especially for Mark, Amilcar and Breanna.
I left the car and was given a free rental car from the next door enterprise. Came back home and call came in the afternoon that my car was declared a total loss. Next morning, the paid me the fair value of the car in full. Quick and painless.
