I came in at 7:30 am with a coupon for an oil change Chris assisted me. I was hoping that I did not have to be a member in order to obtain the discount. And I didn’t, so that was great! I was offered to sign up for a free membership. The wait was less than an hour. Chris explained to me some items that I should be aware of going on with my car. And whereas one may go to an auto mechanic shop and receive a long list of «really don’t need to be repaired… but we want to get all the money we can out of you». This wasn’t one of those… these were things that I know are happening under my car’s hood… I just do not have the funds to fix them. So thank you and God bless.

Came in for an oil change. They told me it would be an hour wait. I waited over an hour, then checked in to see if they were about done. Here I am TWO HOURS LATER OIL CHANGE STILL NOT DONE! The name is «Integrity» but there was no integrity shown at all with today’s service. Integrity means saying you’ll do something (and in this case in the time frame you will do it) and doing it! NEGATIVE STARS!!!

Prices were decent and staff were very helpful and friendly. Finding a trustworthy shop can be difficult. I will definitely be coming back here for any further service and I would recommend to my friends and family.

These guys rock. Woke up one morning to find one of my front tires had a flat and this place was the only shop anywhere near where i lived that could get my tires same day. Everywhere else needed 24 – 72 hours because they were special order. Had an issue the next morning when i saw the same tire was flat again so i called and spoke to Beau and he made sure he saw me as soon as i got to the shop. The shop kept their word on everything they promised. I really felt they went above and beyond for a customer. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service staff. Everything is explained and priced fairly. I really appreciated the ride home as well!
I look forward to seeing them every 6 months for oil changes and tire rotations. I was also pleased that they offer nitrogen tire fills!

Beau is very helpful but beware the new manager with the bloodshot eyes, he screwed me over. I told him I was wary of their finance plans but he assured me I had nothing to worry about. He told me I owed them just over 900 $ with no interest and I needed to pay 100 $ down. I paid 100 $ down only to find out I still owed interest and over 900 $. Did that money go in his pocket??? I had to get my power steering fixed 3 times in roughly as many months, it wasn’t until the 3^rd time that they stopped charging me for labor for their let down. I have had a lot of good experiences with this shop but based on my recent experiences I would say be careful. If anyone wants to call me out my email is

I also don’t understand all the bad reviews. I’ve had my car here many times for tires patches, new tires, and maintenance. I have always had great service, they suggest what you need, tell you why you need it, but don’t push you into buying.

I took my car in a couple weeks ago, mostly because my power steering was bad. I was given an estimate and recommendation of what my car needed. They were helpful and gave me advise on what I should have done. I got a good deal on new tires and had some work done including rack and pinion. I took it back yesterday because the power steering didn’t feel right again. They found the rack and pinion part to be faulty and replaced it. I am very satisfied with the way things were handled and the problem was fixed promptly. I also like their financing, great option if you don’t have the money upfront. Great service thanks guys.

Beau helped me out and gave me the best possible deal that he could. They worked with numbers and did a honest job and fixed my car. Will be returning with both my vehicles.

I went to get four new tires and I asked them very politely to be careful with my rims because they are plastidipped (basically, painted with a spray material that can be peeled off, if needed). I feel like the mechanic was annoyed by this small request.
When they gave me the car back, there was oil on the front driver’s side rim. I asked the manager about it and he insisted it was just the oil from installing the tires on the wheels and that it’d be easy to clean off.
Nope.
I had to redo the plastidip.
They also kept trying to get me to pay for other services/​products I didn’t want. Nitrogen in the tires, oil change when I already did it myself less than 2k miles ago, etc. I understand why they upsell, but when my answer is «no» the first time, it’ll be «no» every time after that, too.
The only reason I didn’t give them 1 out of 5 stars is because the prices are pretty good and I bought the «unlimited» alignment for both of my cars (one for 3 years; other for 5 years). I can bring the cars any time and they’ll align them without charging me money, but I wouldn’t doubt that they’ll try to upsell something.

I called to asked what the time they would take my car for a quick oil change and they said 5:00pm, which is reasonable because they close at 6:00pm. I get there at 4:40pm and the red headed guy tells me, «I’m sorry I can not do it today.» I was stumped. I called in advance and was even there before the time they had told me and he wasn’t willing to take my car in. He had one car in the garage so it didn’t make sense to me. Customer service is an all time low priority there. Luckily, I called a location not too far from there, they also closed at 6:00pm and would take me no later than 5:30pm. Bottom line I will not be visiting that place again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I felt very discriminated against being young and a woman!

So I gave this place a call & asked how long they’d take for an possible alignment because my rear driver side tire was making a noise. They were real friendly over the phone: «we’ll check that noise out for free, you might not even need an alignment, we don’t want to make you get anything you don’t need because that’s just dirty.»
–so I got there told the guy my situation again, then he told me the price for alignment so gave him my coupon for the alignment and signed the invoice (totally my fault for not realizing the invoice I signed had a LABOR INSPECT FOR NOISE Charge of $ 48.00 on top of the alignment price). I get it I have bad habit of signing things without reading everything on it, but I know for sure no one told me it was gonna be $ 48.00 for them to inspect a noise (drive my car around for 5 minutes & lift it up and inspect it).
This place is just Goodyear with a name change. If I would’ve known that I would’ve never came here (only came here because I had a coupon)

I don’t know what the other review is talking about, but I have been going here since 2008 and have never been disappointed with their customer service. They have always been courteous and willing to even show you the work that your vehicle needs.

I had the best experience here. I was offered many ways to help pay my bill for my car. Service was great. Everyone was very nice. Quick, efficient, i will come here for any future services

It was okay, it didn’t feel above and beyond. I had a recent experience getting my shocks and struts replaced. It was pretty freaking pricey at about 900 bucks. I was ready to leave and wasn’t sure I wanted to spend that much on work from a company I entirely trust. You see, a year ago I had new brakes added to my car. The first big repair to my vehicle aside from common oil changes. This being my first dealing with a repair big as this and with this shop, my trust was shaken when the brakes were not installed correctly the first time. I paid a pretty penny so expected quality, I was upset when I learned they just had to be re-​installed. I’m not too angry about it though, i brought it and they went ahead and made corrections to the brakes. You would think that would make my rating higher but it doesn’t because I was pretty scared about it because i’m already kind of scared about driving as it is and to hear my brakes weren’t installed correctly worried me. Gave them another shot though so we’ll see how my current work holds up. To also add to the reasoning behind the rating, I had to wait an hour longer than the estimated time on my most recent visit of Shocks/​Strut replacement. I could live with it being over 20 minutes longer than the eta but an hour is pretty interrupting to ones own day.

Went in for a «members oil change» (get their card & oil changes are about $ 18)
They got the car up on the lift & informed me I had wear on my 2 front tires — they even took me into the service bay so I could see for myself. They had some generic tires on sale for $ 60 so I said to go ahead & throw on a couple.
They also informed me my air filter was dirty ($ 25) so I said, «do it».
For those of you who are mathematically challenged:
$ 18 (oil change) + $ 120 (2 tires) + $ 25 (air filter) + approximately $ 15 in tax = $ 178
So how is it that my total bill was $ 233? That’s $ 55 too much, right?
Here’s how: they offered to «check» my alinement — «check» it. They have an $ 80 alinement package & a lifetime alinement package for $ 160 or $ 180 (don’t remember the exact quote now)
Still though, they said they’d check it to see if I even needed an alinement & let me know, then I could decide if I wanted to have it done or not.
So I had a seat in the waiting area — and waited. When they finally called me to the counter they tell me I owe them $ 283. Excuse me??? That’s $ 105 more than $ 178 What’s up with that?
They tell me that’s the cost of the oil change, tires, air filter & alinement. I tell the guy at the counter that not only did I not authorize an alinement, but that I didn’t want one — they were just supposed to check it & let me know if I needed one. He realized his mistake (because this was the same guy who said they’d just check it) & knocked $ 50 off my bill. (thus the $ 233 final bill)
Now, that’s all fine & good except they still charged me $ 55 more than I was expecting to pay for work I never authorized them to do.
If it weren’t for the fact that both my wife & I have taken our cars there many times before & nothing like this has ever happened, I’d be warning you that they’re scam artists. As it is, I really think it was a mistake. But it’s a mistake that cost ME $ 55. They should have eaten the cost of the alinement — it was their mistake.
THAT’S bad customer service that just lost them not only my business, but my family’s business as well.
We will be going to spOILed from now on.
