History

Established in 1983.

Starting out in 1983 as an authorized Hot Spring Spa service company, Jim Baylus, owner, got to learn the quality of the Hot Spring Spa from the inside-​out. Also doing work for other spa manufacturers at the time, Jim soon came to realize that the Hot Spring Spa line was special. Where most other spa manufacturers placed a value on «more», «bigger» and «flashier», without regard to the user experience, the folks at Hot Spring (Watkins Manufacturing) placed their emphasis on quality components, energy-​efficiency, and long-​term customer satisfaction.

In 1986, when Jim was offered the chance to carry the Hot Spring Spa line in a showroom, he jumped at the chance and has never turned back. Carrying the best-​built spa turned out to be a no-​brainer, and customers loved the attention to detail and the customer service provided by Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas. In fact, the dealership received the «Retail Excellence Award for Customer Service».

We bought a spa for my bad back and other hurtful joints. We read the reviews for Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas here on Unilocal so that is what made us decide to go there. Great decision! Super friendly customer service when we went in and we found just the right spa for our upstairs balcony. They set everything up and it was hassle free for us. Believe me, putting it where we did was not easy. They did it very quickly and efficiently. Great setup and explanation of how to run it and service it. We use it every night because it is so easy to use and the spa is perfect in its design. Family owned and no hard sell. Just tell them what you are thinking and they will show you your options. If you are thinking of getting a spa see them first!

James and his staff should teach customer service to other businesses. The show room is clean, the information from the sales reps are honest, objective and without pressure to purchase. After my visit to this showroom, I was not interested in shopping around because of the impeccable attention, service and price. I can’t wait for delivery, set up and enjoyment!

My husband an I are new homeowners with a pool, having never had a pool we were buying chemicals at lowes or homedepot. We came in because we were having problems with a pool, especially not holding chlorine. Bought our chlorine from here and went from 50+ dollars of chlorine to less than half of that a month. We will be coming here often to maintain our new pool. :)

My husband and I are 69 years old and have enjoyed several spas over the years. This time we bought a Sovereign by Hot Springs with an ACE water system. It is fantastic!!! The owner helped us choose a spa and arranged a great deal. The young men who installed it were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Our experience in dealing with Inland Empire Hot Spring Spas was superb. If your in the market for a spa, definitely check out this business.

Had such a great experience with this company. My husband and I went in about 9 months ago or so to begin our spa purchasing adventure. The sales associate (owners son), was so informative and not pushy in the slightest bit. We left, over the next few months or so checked out the Ontario convention center spa sale (yikes) and a few other places. So we went back in to Hot Springs and decided to make the purchase. We felt we got a good price. Again, customer service was great. The spa was delivered and the delivery guys were awesome. Totally recommend this company and so far very satisfied with our purchase. Very refreshing to be so satisfied after spending a good chunk of change on something.

I cannot tell you how happy I am that I purchased my pool from Jim! What a great guy! First of all I must say this review is long overdue! Sorry Jim. Well, anyhow. We purchased our 12×20 above ground pool this past summer and the service was amazing. Jim helped me over the phone purchasing a pool I had not seen and made sure it was right for us. He even had guys come out and put it together! Tom the installer was super nice but left and had his son, also super nice finish the installation. He left before the pool was full, which would have been no big deal except the hose fell out and washed out the sand underneath leaving a large dip in the corner of my pool with a rock poking into the liner. He also left without giving me any instructions on how to turn on the filter or maintain it in any way, and did not install the ladder. I called Jim who promptly sent someone else that weekend to fix the problems. Not only did he fix the problems quickly, and install my ladder, but he had his new installer hook up a way better filter system at no charge. The one that came with my pool was a sand filter and he upgraded me to a Hayward filter that could even be used in an in ground pool! My pool has been going strong for 10 months and is wonderful! Anytime I need anything Jim is ready with an answer and even face timed with me to see what was going on when I needed help. Now I just need a heater so we can use it year round. Hope this helps.

The best thing we have ever invested in. Love our Hot Springs GRANDEE spa!!! Jim and James are Amazing! They have always gone above and beyond for us with everything we needed. They are always there for us to help and answer questions, no matter what! Our spa is used almost every single day and never had any issues. Hot Springs makes a fantastic product and Inland Empire Hot Springs Spas makes the spa buying process a breeze! These guys have always worked with us and been there for us. We bought our spa from them 7 years ago and ever since we have gone there for our supplies. We went back for a pool pump and filters and more recently a new cover for our spa. These guys are like family and we won’t ever go anywhere else!

I just purchased my second hot spring spa.
The spa itself is fabulous.
This dealer is second to none! I have serious autoimmune diseases. I have SLELupus, Fibromyalgae, and rheumatoid arthritis.
I needed a spa desperately and could not really afford one. We had sold our home with our previous spa. I thought I would be okay without one. I was very wrong. Using the spa twice a day is what had kept me mobile Without it the pain increased and my mobility decreased.
We knew Hot Spring was the right spa that worked previously for me. It cost us the least monthly and stayed the cleanest with it’s special system. It had amazing jets and a back massager that was incredible. It was the lowest maintenance spa we ever owned. We had a Sundance spa once and that was nightmare. So going back to get another Hot Spring Spa was a no brainier.
Jim the owner and James his son took care of me. They got me into a Jetsetter spa at a price I could afford. They hAve continued to help znd support me. They worked with me when no other Hot Spring spa dealer would. We even gave Murrieta who we purchased from before they said they could not match the deal we were getting. In fact, they offered no assistance to us.
We are so glad we went to Moreno Valley. highly recommend! If you have any discomfort the hot-​spring spa is what you need. This is your dealer.

We bought a swim spa and a regular spa. «Jim» the owner was so nice and went above and beyond every time we had an issue or an idea. Their installer «Ryan» was great. Came by today after purchasing a new home with a custom pool. Guys were very helpful. Set me up with some chemicals to get the pool dialed in. Expected to spend at least a hundred and walked out with just what I needed and nothing more. Felt very comfortable and not taken advantage of. I’ll be back for all my pool needs. Thanks guys.
