Ayres Hotel & Spa Moreno Valley

Party hotel?! We have stayed here several times, and book multiple rooms every time. This time we booked three rooms for our family, we took our kids down to the pool and there was a large group of people drinking and smoking while in the pool. Not quite the atmosphere I want my kids to be swimming around. I notified the front desk, and they simply said «that is OK with our facility, they are not breaking any rules «the group there had brought their own pop up tent and claimed all of the cabana. Every other guest that was swimming there had to put their stuff on the floor against the gate. I understand that they were probably having a fun time, but it was at the expense of every other guest that was there to enjoy their family time. The front desk never apologized. The next day the pool was closed, probably because of all the people that were in there the previous day. We had chosen this hotel simply because there was a pool and our kids could swim with their cousins. The moms had booked a massage so that dad could take the kids and swim. No apologies at front desk again. We didn’t expect much, but an apology and a nice attitude at the front desk would have gone a long way.

We found this hotel via priceline and stayed here from 5÷27÷16−5÷30÷16, on the 4^th floor, room 432. We arrived after 10pm & were greeted by Jamie, she was quick, friendly & professional & even went so far as to provide us with a map of the surrounding area with eateries & local stores/​businesses. We were also provided with two $ 20/​each discount vouchers for the spa.
Pros:
The room was CLEAN! Exceptionally clean. I’m a stickler for cleanliness & it is the first thing I check when we stay at any hotel and this hotel takes the prize. It’s almost as if we were the first ones to have stayed in that room, even the carpet was impeccable.
Soaking Tub: I fell in love with the tub. It’s a good size tub to soak alone & it’s good for soaking as a couple also.
The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, coffee maker, & a microwave. This is very convenient & really a must in all hotels; however, I recommend that if you’re going to use the refrigerator, check the settings before placing perishables inside because we placed some items when we arrived & in the morning they were warn, since the refrigerator setting was too low.
The hotel is centrally located, across from a Costco, various eateries, and a shopping center.
FREE Parking! This is one of the perks that attracted us to this hotel since it seems that more & more hotels are incurring parking fees on their customers.

FREE Daily Breakfast! With vouchers provided by the front desk, which grant you access to the breakfast area for the duration of your stay. The menu items vary a bit, but it includes an omelet station, sausages, potatoes, coffee, a variety of juices, a pancake and/​or waffle machine, muffins, bagels, and assorted fresh fruits. Victoria, is an amazingly hard working young lady, she was working the omelet station AND running around cleaning and refreshing any exhausted menu items.
FREE ²⁴⁄₇ Coffee & tea. They have a massive Keurig machine in the lobby where you can prepare yourself coffee, tea, or hot chocolate.
There is a pool, fitness center and a spa on site; however, we did not get to use any of these amenities.
Cons:
This is a matter of personal opinion, but the bed was way too soft for me. My partner, says the bed was comfortable.
The room deposit was $ 125, which is significantly higher than most hotels; moreover, the hold took 3 days to be released, however, in all fairness, this delay MAY have been due to the fact that we checked out during the holiday.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here, definitely recommend it, & am looking forward to returning.

Will never return to this hotel i feel uncomfortable when i leave the room because i do not trust the staff. Overall did not enjoy my stay and will not only never return to the hotel but the area also, if you are considering this hotel please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere

I really like this hotel! I think it’s a really good deal for the awesome value that you get! For less than $ 100 a night (I have a corporate rate), the staff is nice and the hotel room is comfortable, peaceful/​quiet. There were plenty of parking around as well. What I also like is the amazing amenities that this hotel provides (my room is large and has both a fridge and a microwave) and the buffet breakfast had homemade omelet that is made to order (or you can make your own waffles/​get other bread/​etc, too!).
I have stayed at another hotel within the same area and similar price range before, and Ayres Hotel is definitely better (at least I like it a lot more!!). If I were back in the area again, this hotel is definitely my top pick!

SPA REVIEW. I’m not the one who went to spa. It’s my mom. She’s trying to lessen her belly fat so we’ve been going here every week. Yesterday was my third week coming with her and I always go in the room where they’re doing to process to her.
She said it’s good. So yey.
I gave it a 4 stars because yesterday, the lady didn’t even try to put a chair on the room where my mom is at. When last time we were there and there’s a chair. Can’t she simply offer and put one? Other agents even offer before if I want the soft one. And the girl yesterday was just ‘Do you wanna wait out since there’s no chair?’ So I had to say okay and wait there. Great service to someone like me that comes with your client.

I always try to stay at this Ayres Hotel when I’m in the area for work. As always, the rooms are very clean and the noise in the hallway is very minimal when you’re sleeping. I especially like the little kitchenette area with fridge and microwave where I can keep my bottled water cold and store some snacks for later. Front desk staff was helpful and polite but not exactly friendly; maybe they were just all having a bad day? Breakfast could be a challenge, as there was a huge group of German military personnel (parachuters) there and unfortunately, my timing to have to go eat breakfast coincided directly with theirs. Several mornings, at 6:00 a.m., the chafing dishes holding the hot food were completely empty; I had to wait around while the staff tried to refill them with food. I tried to be patient (it wasn’t their fault really) but it was frustrating because I was pressed for time myself and really wanted to eat a decent breakfast. The chef and assistants were all very apologetic and polite; kudos to them for keeping the food filled and dining areas clean with the large number of guests. Variety and quality were excellent, with selections of bacon, sausage links and patties, French toast, pancakes, scrambled eggs, omelettes, breads, pasties, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, potatos, juices and coffee available daily. Tues and Thurs were $ 1.00 taco nights with $ 3.00 beef and margaritas; it is open to the public and the place was packed when I walked by, so I didn’t get to sample the food. Business center was clean and printing my document was fast and simple. CONS: Parking can get abit crowded on Tues/​Thurs due to $ 1 taco night. Front desk staff not all that chipper; they were polite but not very welcoming in personality. PROS: Large clean rooms with an excellent breakfast served. Breakfast personnel, from the assistants to the chef, were all personable, friendly and polite! I would recommend this hotel to anyone; hopefully the front desk staff has a better day very soon…

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price. I got the room for under 120 on orbitz. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms are very nice. Staff of super friendly and welcoming and it even comes with an amazing breakfast in the morning. I feel that this hotel would have easily been over $ 250 a night and I was able to get it for half of that. I would 100 percent stay her again!

Amazing hotel! My girlfriend, friend & I stayed there during a rave weekend that took place @ Nos Center, San Bernardino & it was great! There is tons of places to go eat around the hotel but if you don’t want to go spend money, they do offer continental breakfast which in my opinion is really good! The lady who was helping check us in let us choose what floor we wanted our room to be. She also asked us whether we wanted a partition between both of the beds which was convenient for us. The room was clean & it looked very beautiful. Restroom tub was pretty big so we enjoyed it a lot! Overall it was a great experience, next time we go to a rave @ Nos Center we will for sure book this hotel!

Literally nothing to complain about. Great bedrooms, beautiful lobby and dining areas, excellent breakfasts, friendly staff and accommodating service, well-​maintained amenities, convenient location near shopping and restaurants, and easy access to 215 to get to Riverside and elsewhere, all for a very reasonable price. We were VERY pleased with our choice to stay here and will be certain to do so every time we visit the area!

Whenever I have to go up to Riverside for work I try and stay here. I’m used to seeing a marine layer in San Diego, Riverside on the other hand has a lovely permanent smog layer you get to see all day. So we head 5 miles east to Moreno Valley at Ayres Hotel. Reasonably priced rooms, and late check out with Unilocal checkin.
They have clean spacious rooms, free parking, free wifi, pool, spa, fitness and business center. They have a nice big bar area with happy hour specials and $ 1 taco Tuesday and Thursday deals. They offer free breakfast in the morning which has eggs, sausage, pancakes, waffles, and they make custom omelets. Located near a 24 hr fitness and mall area so you can walk to find something to do or eat somewhere else.

We had arrived at 2pm and been told we could check in only at 3pm and when we came at 3pm they said it would be 4pm. I was asking this and receptionist «Eboni» was very rude and had an attitude. She said to us that 3pm means from 3pm on. Also 3am also means from 3pm on. We booked 26 rooms here and Ayres didn’t have the ability and maturity to manage this kind of situation. I personally will never stay at Ayres here anymore.

I just checked into my room and I am impressed. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, room is VERY clean. I read a past review about bed bugs so I checked under the mattresses– didn’t see any. Large bathtub, spacious room. Clean carpets. Very cute décor, love the large mirror. I have yet to check out the fitness center, pool and restaurant so I’ll update my review at the end of my stay, but so far, this is def a hotel I’d recommend and come back to. Spa is closed. My original room was a king with a sofa couch but we needed 2 beds. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating to make the change, quick and easy. Room is also solar powered!

We had a great stay at Ayres Hotel. The breakfast was great, and so was Taco Tuesday and Thursday. My only comment would be that the spa is closed Tuesday and Wednesday, and that’s exactly when I needed it.

Very neat and organized; and the scent is refreshingly clean! Amazing breakfast, new feel to the rooms, super comfortable bed and all around just outstanding. Staff is also friendly.

Great stay during my visit to California for Coachella 2015!
This hotel is located in Moreno Valley (about an hour away from the Coachella grounds), which was perfectly fine with my friends and I. Especially for the price we paid! Yes, the drive was a little rough coming back in the wee hours, but definitely doable. The hotel is perfectly located near a ton of shopping plazas and easy access to I-​60. It’s s straight shot to Coachella.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was really good! Made to order omelet stations are always a plus. The fitness room was on the tiny side, but there was nobody in there except for me… so it was fine. I’d definitely stay here again!

First off I want to say that the staff at this hotel is amazing and not to mention the ladies there are very pleasant on the eyes.
Now for my review. My aunt from flew in from Europe and I wanted to treat her to a nice spa day so I booked her, my sister in law and my mother a appointment with a lovely young lady Ashlay working in the spa (particially Asian Hispanic mix) and she was very helpful because let’s be honest this dude (me) doesn’t really know much about spa days, they were very impressed with the services they received. I was told if I go there to definitely have a massage from Amber her hands are heavenly.
I highly recommend the spa!
And Sergio was really cool as well.

I’m reposting because it seems like this was deleted. The manager never contacted me either like I was told. This hotel has BEDBUGS!!! Room 408. The hotel was very nice and seemed super clean. I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and noticed bites on my skin but thought nothing of bed bugs because I was there for a job working outside. I assumed I had recived the bites outside at work. Then I woke up to blood on my sheets and upon lifting up the top right corner of my mattress only to find a large blood filled bed bug to my surprise. The front desk clerk was not sure what to do. I had never dealt with bed bugs before.
The hotel gave my money to do my laundry and moved me rooms but the manager was not present and I was told they would give me a call. But I have not heard from the hotel. I took multiple pics of the bug and my bites. I’m not even sure if they even informed the rooms beside the one I was in. Hotels are suppose to block off surrounding rooms for what I have read on line. I’m sure they just don’t wanna deal with this. I left the day after I discovered the bed bugs and in hopes I wouldnt bring them with me. The hotel seems like a nice hotel with a good breakfast but be careful on your choice here because you will probably be the victim to these blood sucking bugs like I was.

Love this hotel! The staff are professional and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the breakfast is a very decent self-​serve.
Breakfast: There’s a different breakfast menu per day, and during our stay they served these seasoned potatoes, fiesta scrambled eggs along with the steady fruit salad, self-​serve waffles, assorted cereals, and your traditional pastries.
Room: The bed was very comfy! Clean, no issues at all. Also love that the room had a vaulted ceiling.
Pool/​Hot Tub: Great environment!
Surrounding Areas: There is a mall that’s walkable distance with your standard stores. The food court is alright. However they do have a theater.

Now, this is no 5 star hotel, and nothing super flashy about this place, but what I enjoyed most was that this hotel was SUPPPPPPER clean. I cannot begin to say how spotless and well maintained this hotel was!
The beds were comfortable and spacious! Shower heads were great! The whole room was super clean! Free wifi! Complimentary breakfast (they even make eggs /​omelets to order!) Reasonably priced! Surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops! Plenty of parking!
I mean, there’s nothing much to compare this place to around here, but relative to a lot of other places that I’ve stayed at, this hotel has probably one of the highest cleanliness factors to it! I was pleasantly surprised and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone that needs an overnight stay between SoCal and Vegas.

Not really sure if there is a better hotel than this — other than hotels in Vegas of course lol the hotel itself looks like any other standard hotel but what awaits inside will surprise you. The lobby is very fancy and connects to the dining hall where they have a full size bar and free breakfast in the morning.
The staff are really nice and are very accommodating. The rooms are really nice and super super clean! Don’t think I have ever been in a clean enough hotel lol the rooms are pretty standard but a good size, not to small. The mattresses and pillows are super comfy which calls for a good night sleep!
Very nice staff people all around, clean rooms, free breakfast, free wifi, spa, workout room, heated swimming pool and spa outside, plenty of parking, bar downstairs. What more can you ask for? This particular location is surrounded by places to eat and plenty of stores. Which is great because its close by.
Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone :)
