I think I’m probably done with Teddy Bear laundry. The machines are fairly old, no ability to pay by credit card, but beyond that, there is never an attendant onsite. I’m kind of tired of giving business to places that don’t have some type of friendly management occasionally present and showing they value your business. I’ve been going here now/then for 10 months and only rarely see a worker enter/exit a back area to attend to wash & fold laundry but have never seen them engage anyone or answer a question. Perhaps this seems a bit emotionally demanding, and it is, but there is also no help onsite(you will occasionally find customers guiding newbies through a process or helping someone troubleshoot a machine) and it’s a bigger problem when there’s a real«issue.» I was here once when a couple put laundry in one of largest front loading washers and then… door would simply not unlock. The machine kept going through same wash cycle, the guy was able to unplug machine and plug back in, but nothing would stop the repeating cycle. That is very hard on clothes and I would be freaked(imagine having hundreds of $ in clothing getting thrashed and also you can’t take it with you). That is among my worst-case-scenario imaginings re laundromats but I’d never seen it happen. They called the # posted on door and were still waiting when I left. I haven’t seen such again in subsequent months but, I’m nervous about no onsite presence as mechanical things can occur. I hear dry cleaners next door may be involved in business but there’s no indication & I don’t think I’d intuitively run there any more than I’d intuitively run to TJ Maxx nearby. Pluses? free wifi. And awesome casual Indian restaurant few doors down so you can enjoy a mango lassi while you watch clothes dry. And Rheem Center is a pleasant shopping plaza w Starbucks across lot or Nation’s around corner.

This laundromat seems a bit sketch. I came here to only dry my clothes. I washed my clothes at home and wanted to workout nearby, so I decided to come here to dry them. I put a half load in the large capacity dryer and put in 2 quarters, which is the amount of money I put in any other dryer to get the job done – no more, no less. So I put my quarters in and went to Starbucks, came back in 15 min and checked on my clothes. It had 1 min left on the timer. After time was up, I opened the door and noticed that my clothes were lukewarm(instead of being hot) and still pretty wet. The clothes felt like they had only received 5 minutes of drying time when I purchased at least 16 min with my 2 quarters! I ended up spending $ 1.25 to fully dry about 10 garments! That’s .75 more than I have spent anywhere else!

Be warned! The extra large front load washers will eat your $ 7 and never turn on, leaving you with a big soapy mess of bedding that you’ll be forced to then wash in another machine and pay for AGAIN. Oh and there’s no one there to give you your money back and they don’t answer the phone. Ran into another irritated customer who said«oooh, that just happened to me too.» :(

It’s a decent little laundromat though it has ancient machines. I’m not a big fan of doing my laundry in a public setting, but I came here the other day to wash some things the dog likes to sleep on(he’s a dirty little guy). They had a washer designated for pet beds, so that was nice. Washing things costs a few dollars(around five for the one I used) and the machines, of course, only take quarters, which would be super annoying if there weren’t change machines. However, I wouldn’t count on them actually working, so make quarters your best friend because you’ll need a lot of them. They do have free wifi here and it seems to work pretty well, so you won’t be totally bored while waiting for your laundry to finish(never underestimate the power of wifi). It’s also located in a shipping center, so you can go and walk around if you don’t feel like sitting around in their cruddy little chairs.

Use the coin machine at your own risk! I put in a 20 dollar bill and didn’t receive any change. Left a note and 2 voice-mails and never heard back from the staff. Looks like they are willing to lose customers pretty easy. I liked the machines and cleanliness, but this is blatant a rip off and terrible customer service.

They’re open 6am– 10 pm 7 days a week, and that’s why I love this place. Its a pretty decent little laundromat, and wasn’t too crowded so that was nice. They have coin changers that take $ 1,5, and 10, and there’s more than one so that’s nice too. Dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes, so it costs anywhere from $ 1.25−2 to dry. Washers have $ 2 for 12 lb load, $ 4 for mid loads, and $ 5 for I think a 50 lb load. Basically socks and undies fit pretty well in the small ones, and the mid ones do two peoples worth of pants and shirts pretty easily. The dryers are pretty big, so if you want to put two loads in one they might just fit. Don’t over stuff them though.

Was very clean and other clientele were pleasant. They have free wi-fi, which I did not use, but will try it next time. Note that the laundromat is located near TJ Maxx, in the same shopping plaza. My GPS took me to the wrong location when I entered the address from Unilocal. Washing machines are $ 2 for 12 lb loads, $ 4 for in between loads and $ 5 for 40 lb loads. The dryers are 25 cents for 6 minutes and hold about 30 lbs. It took about 40 minutes and $ 1.50 to dry a 20 lb load.

Super clean laundromat with the huge washers for comforters and sleeping bags. They have a table and chairs with magazines as well as a bar area with electrical outlets to plug in computers. The best part is that it is close to TJ Maxx and Homegoods so I can make a dash in there while doing laundry.
