The agents are generally helpful and courteous. It seems like the maintenance team responds almost before I even place a phone call. But they have some utterly ridiculous community ordnances and codes, and they actually employ eunuchs with nothing better to do than drive around like we’re in the damn McCarthy era looking over fences and in windows to find the «non-​compliers» and those in need of some «reeducation». On the plus side, the administrative agents will usually work with you to avoid fines because they typically think their codes are as Draconian as I do. All in all, not the worst place I’ve ever lived, but not a great place for people to be individuals or march to the beat of their own drums.

RUN from these heartless bastards! There are actually KIND, COMPASSIONATE property managers in out area — — just NOT at The Parks!
They want one thing — the almighty dollar.
They post signs — «we support our military» … hmmm, that must have been my problem with them — I’m not military, so I did not get «support», just stringent, robot like treatment.
If you are a machine you’ll do nicely here … if you are human — well, not so much.
