The one of front desk ladies (with short hair, and thought I was the mom of my niece) is really rude! It’s like she’s mad at the whole world.
The nurse that draws the blood used to be a Hispanic lady. She was really good! It was never painful. Then today, I brought my 3 y.o. niece here and it was a Chinese lady. I guess she should be good too bc my niece didn’t cry! (Esp she got pointed on both arms bc the first had no blood coming out) Or maybe she’s just keeping her promise about not crying. :) And I will buy her wonton bc she wants wonton after.
Ok, my mom told me the reason she didn’t cry is because my mom told her if she cries, the nurse will not give her the candies… –_-”
