Never never NEVER coming to this place. I came here only because of the location and it was convenient. Upon arrival, people were already lined up out the door. But I think it was because there is only one person at the front desk who registers the patients. Lady didn’t even greet me, just asked for my ins card right away. I didn’t appreciate the way she handled my daughter while she took her blood, very insensitive and very rough.
DO NOT COME HERE. The people are rude!!!

Main points: Disorganized, uncomfortable and not skilled in drawing blood. Keep reading for things to watch out for on your visit.
Building, parking and office were easy to find. The wait in line wasn’t too long.
I’m usually a good patient when it comes to needles. Unfortunately today was a nightmare and I’m mentally scarred. There was some disorganization with paperwork during my wait. I’m called in for my blood to be drawn. Here the nightmare truly begins. The phlebotomist prepares my left arm. She doesn’t tie the tourniquet tight at all but has me grip a highlighter to help find vein. She pricks me with the needle, has some difficulty getting the blood to flow. Gets one tube of blood filled then loses the flow. She starts to rotate the needle to the right, then rotates the needle to the left. I’m cringing watching her rotate back and forth. She finally decides to try my right arm. Blood is flowing well with my right arm, she gets two more tubes of blood. Then she decides to put back one of those two tubes to fill it up more. I’m glad it’s over and leave the office with bandages and cotton balls on both arms. I am across town when the lab calls me instructing me to come back because they forgot to get a urine sample. I’m irritated because I remember them calling back another patient during my wait! Unbelievable! They call me back a second time telling me to come in before 4pm but every single question I had she put me on hold to ask someone else for the answer. Sigh. OK, back across town I go. The girl misdirects me when there is a closer restroom. I come back. Office door is locked! Knock on door, open and I ask if there is anything else and finally leave. I am livid and hope to never return to this location.

I went see my doctor had general check up
Had blood & iron test. After few monthes I revived bill from sun clinical laboratory.
They expect me to pay $ 40 copay.
I call talk lady over there. She was rude & I got a repeat over over. Just don’t understand why do have to pay when I wasn’t there???

Terrible service and staff. The ladies are rude and ignorant. The front desk ask me for payment, and took my credit card for 30 minutes. When I asked for it back, she rolled her eyes on me.. This is not the place to go.

In and out experience…
Checked in in the morning, paid $ 3, showed them my doctor’s order of (MMR, Hep B, & Varicella Titers, and urine test), did my thing in the restroom and got my blood drawn.
Done in less than 5 minutes!
Remember to bring your health insurance card, some cash, and fast for 10 – 12 hours!

Terrible office and terrible staff. There’s not enough seats for such a busy office. The lady at the front desk was rude and bad at her job. She does not give customers enough direction/​information and talks at them. She does not complete the paperwork correctly and does not pay attention to detail. There was a long line because the lady at the front desk takes a long time to complete paperwork. I will not be coming back! The nurse was the only professional and kind person in the office.

I come here yearly after doctor checkups. Kelly is really professional and patient. The line was quite long before lunch, so she even stayed into her lunch to complete the queue.
And she definitely changed her gloves per patient. Seems inconceivable the clinic can be around for so long and have lots of returning patients if she didn’t…

I think I just witnessed the front desk lady handling multiple patients using the same gloves… She also uses the same gloves to handle paper work, answer phones, use the copier, and draw blood. Do not go here.
