All natural, 100% homemade Ramen. Everything from the soup, noodles, gyoza skin, eggs, bamboo shoots, chashu are made in house. Free range chicken, grass fed pork, grass fed beef, Natural and/or organic vegetables are used.
No MSG, chemicals or artificial ingredients are used.

History
Established in 2015.
When owner/and ramen aficionado Riki started the idea of starting his own Ramen restaurant, everyone around him thought he was crazy. Only a select few that knew his passion for excellence and non-compromising ways that built his career as a master director in Japan, believed that he would do good with his word.
After 5 years of studying the art and science behind ramen noodles and soup, he started to create a team that would help support him. Of course first on his list was his long time wife, aka «producer», that would help control him without going too crazy over board. He also brought on his long time golf and entrepreneur friend to take on the opening and operations of the store.
All ingredients have to pass his critical eye for quality, and most items are supplied locally. The belief in local freshness and quality is why he does not bother flying in high priced ingredients from Japan, but rather localizes his Art to adapt to local food, taste and climate.
