I went in to get a smog check. I was not approached; I had to walk up to get their attention. Because of the loud noise in the back, I couldn’t hear what the mechanic was saying to me. Both men that were there were snippy and gave me attitude because I understand them and because of their heavy accent. They told me that the guy that does smog checks went out to eat and wouldn’t be back for another 30 – 45 minutes. If I hadn’t felt like they were so rude, I might have stayed. Because I didn’t get a smog check from them, I gave them 2 stars for horrible customer service. Instead, I drove down the street and go my smog check at a much friendlier place. Safe to say, I won’t be returning here
