Untrustworthy company. tell you one thing and do another after they get your money. Better off going elsewhere unless you want to get scammed. highly recommend to stay away. just to clarify. I went there 9 months ago for spark plug change on my bmw. I ask for iridium plugs. This week it was misfiring. Took it to the dealer they said I’m running wrong plugs. Cheap regular plugs. this review has nothing to do with this company latest scam.

Scammer. I would never trust this place. They will take your money and not give you what you paid for. I don’t recommend anyone deal with this place.

Got my BC racing coils installed here… they did a great job. Great service and they work on all cars not just european.

seriously awesome group of dudes. Never met a more honest place. Jeep kept breaking down so I took my it in thinking i needed all these things done when I really didnt. They got parts ordered, shipped, and installed in the same day. Fair price. even took pictures to compare the good parts from the bad. Thanks guys. Ill be back.

Went there after seeing all the good reviews. I was not disappointed. My Audi is rather old and the Audi dealership said I needed thus and that with a huge estimate. These guys did all of the changes at much lower cost and with original parts in 2 days, and arranged for a free rental car for me, besides the drop-​off and pick-​ups from my office. Everyone is very courteous. I would recommend the place to others.

I am so impressed with the work they do, but more the honesty dignity all these young men hold. They are true to their word and do the best work!

Dudes know what they are doing. All staff was very courteous and thy definitely don’t try ripping you off here. I ended up taking my grandpas old Mercedes in. After leaving it for the day for an inspection to see what needed to be done, it was going to be really expensive to fix. They recommended if I wasn’t going to be driving the car except for the fact he wanted it fixed and running, then it was more beneficial to sell it as is when the time was right. A lot of mechanics would have jumped at the chance to just do the work and not worry about the customer. Check this place out for sure,

My car was making some rattling noises so I was looking for a place on Unilocal that opened past 5:30 (I get off work at 5). Thankfully I found Paragon which was pretty close to my house.
Russell was super nice to help me figure out what was making the noise from my car. Turns out, it was just my exhaust pipe being loose and kind of broken. Although they couldn’t fix the problem completely, they were nice enough to spend their valuable time to check it out for me!

i wanted to change my exhaust system for my Benz c63. They were able to install it with the wiring and valvetronic which a lot of shops cannot do. It only took them 3 hours. They know what they are doing. I’m going to have more done by them.

Brought my modified Mustang GT and now BMW there for repairs and aftermarket support.
Their garage is clean, professional and is stocked with from what I can tell is, good equipment.
They’ve recently started working on a lot of higher end cars, but still have time for the regular people like me.

I trust Paragon and they have given me an honest vehicle diagnosis whenever I bring my cars to their shop.
Paragon is a very knowledgeable one-​stop service shop for your maintenance and performance needs.
The Service manager (Sunny), at the shop will explain to you what is wrong with your vehicle and the time it would take to repair your car.
Having a German car, usually servicing the vehicle is very expensive and also shop rate is through the roof. Paragon offers me a competitive shop rate and also a good overall job when I need major work done to my car.
Paragon has waived many fees for my car and also fixed my car at a fraction of its cost as compared to other European Service shops.
I do recommend Paragon for all of your European, Domestic, and Import car needs.
My 1999 Mercedes Benz C280 sport check engine light came on, brought the car to Sunny and was not even charged the check engine diagnosis since I found out it was my coil pack on one of my cylinders.
My 1998 BMW M3 also had a check engine light, and Sunny diagnosed it was my O2 sensor and he also waived the check engine light diagnosis for me due to repairing the O2 sensor.

Maintenance light comes on in my Dad’s ’99 C-​230 (lol), and I scoop it on over to Sonny and his team of technicians to get it all sorted out.
Most of the technicians that work at Paragon were former automotive mechanics for dealers (including Mercedes, BMW– which I overheard in passing).
This expertise shows in their ability to quickly diagnose, assess, and fix any problem they encounter.
I had a couple of odd quirks I noticed while driving, and the gentlemen working were able to diagnose and make reasonable recommendations for fixes within a day.

The shop is clean, the waiting area was comfortable, and accommodations were well suited for customers who need to wait.
While dropping off the car, one of the mechanics jumped out of the garage to greet me, and jotted down different things I was saying that needed to be looked at.
The manager comes by and does all the same checks, and tells me, that «[He] just wants to make sure.”– clear signs of a manager/​owner who cares about his business, and wants to do by right by his customer service.
Sonny also kept my updated every step of the way. And had all the repairs and checks completed by his estimated time.

I’ve been coming to this spot for my last two Benz. Oil change, tire rotation, minor body damage, and regular check ups. The technicians here are all very knowledgeable and helpful. They use the shortest amount of time to figure out what’s the problem and the wait time from part ordering till getting my car back is very quick.
The service here is excellent. Don’t think only authorized dealerships have shuttle services, they have the same service as well, you will get to where you need to go in style.
I’ve recommended my friends here for their cars as well, don’t matter if you have an aged car or newer model, small problems, bloody body injury, or you just want to pimp out your ride, PARAGON AUTOMOTIVE got the solution for you, with respect and care.

When I got into car accident, I called the shop. Sunny, the shop manager was very kind to help me arrange the tow truck. When my car was towed to the shop he immediately arrange the rental car with enterprise and communicate with my insurance company. During the repair, the shop handles all supplement with my insurance company to ensure my car will be fixed properly. I was also impressed by the professionalism of their factory trained technician. It was definitely a Five Stars hassle free experience.

I crashed my car around mid night weekend and i was hopeless to find any help, and then I found Paragon Automotive from Unilocal and gave it a call. They actually pick up the phone and even help me call their company toll truck with the cheapest price I could ever get. With their best service, they help me from every step and took care of my car very good. They even took me to Enterprise to rent a car. They help me associate and confirm with my insurance and update me with latest information via phone. I got my car on the time promised and I am very satisfy with it. Definitely a best place to take care of car.

They tuned my car and help me change springs.
And they found out my front break have a lot of problem. if i didnt change my break i might died already. They help me change my transmisson oil too, the transmisson feels super fast after i change my oil. They have very good price too. Great shop!

Just got my BMW x1 back from paragon, sunny (store manager) was extremely professional and helpful and made it a very pleasant experience. I gotta say I was a bit intimidated at first because of all the high end cars parked out front, but the owner and staff were so down to earth and just fun to be around. Their mechanics ace and Jason were very knowledgable and gave me lots of tips to prolong the use of my car. This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a service shop and I will definitely recommend all my friends and family to get their cars serviced here.
