1927: Dr. I.M. Feldcamp formed Garfield Hospital with 24 beds
1966: Garfield expanded to 99 beds
1971: Hospital tower constructed
1973: 500 N. Garfield Ave. medical office building opened
1977: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit added
1984: OB Department expansion
1988: 600 N. Garfield Ave. medical office building opened
2002: New Emergency Department building opened
2003: Cardiac Catherization Lab expansion completed
2005: Garfield Medical Center acquired by AHMC Healthcare
2011: AHMC International Cancer Center began service
2013: Hospital-wide patient room renovation
