As a father and son team, both Santa Barbara locals and UCSB alumni, we work every day to strengthen ties with the community through our personal and professional lives. The Venturelli Group was founded on the belief that family, community, knowledge, enthusiasm and integrity are the keys to success in all facets of life. It is on this principle that we formed our legacy philanthropic organization Give Back Santa Barbara. Give Back SB operates as an agency of good will supporting local charities by hosting fundraising events and donating 10% of our real estate commissions to the charities of our clients’ choice. Our way of giving back to the community we love and respect.

Gabe Venturelli and Tim Woehrman were outstanding to work with when we bought our house in Santa Barbara. We made contact early in our search process, knowing that we were looking for a very particular house. We had a great conversation with Gabe and he really understood what we were looking for. His email/​web updates keep you hot on the trail of properties as they become available. It took months to find the right place, but never did we feel neglected. Gabe partnered with Tim to help us in our search as well. Finally, we found the right house and we really felt like we had the very latest information as there was an update about the property that made it even hotter. After months of looking, he encouraged us to be aggressive at just the right time, and we got it!
As if that wasn’t enough, when the prior owners removed a bbq that had been featured prominently in the sale literature and website, Gabe and Tim worked with the seller’s agent to make it right. We couldn’t believe how far above and beyond they went!
These two are very savvy, and we will always have them in mind for the future.
Thanks guys, and we will have to crack one open on the patio!

Not often that I write a review but I felt inclined because of the GREAT job Gabe did representing us. We contacted the standard issue friends of friends and found that we just got spammed with MLS listings that were not even close to what we wanted. Then we kept seeing Gabe popping up being involved in the sale that «got away». They hadn’t even hit the MLS. He is incredible in his pursuit of the deal that most agents never know about. I’ve bought and sold many commercial and multi-​family properties and not many residential, but Gabe is the best I’ve run into. We bought a fixer in Hope Ranch that had over 15 offers. Its unheard of that an outsider would get included. He is responsive, fair, proactive, professional and easy to get to know. I’d recommend him to anyone that wants the inside track!

Gabe has been an awesome person to work as my wife and I searched for our first home in Santa Barbara. As a young married couple, my wife and I wanted to search the market and look at various opportunities available to us. Gabe was there through the entire process and had a great deal of patience while he showed us different opportunities and properties. Gabe always responded to us quickly and was able to meet up with us to show properties whenever we asked. While we didn’t end up putting in an offer on anything we greatly appreciate Gabe’s knowledge, responsiveness, kindness, and time. He showed us many properties and helped teach us about the Santa Barbara market. All in all we have decided to wait a while until we buy, but you can bet when we do we will go to Gabe. We loved working with him. I would recommend him to anyone looking in the Santa Barbara area who needs a fun, relaxed, professional, and efficient agent to work with. I began working with Gabe to find a multi-​unit property here in Santa Barbara back in July of 2012 and worked with him as my primary realtor until I purchased my home in April 2013.
Gabe knew that I wasn’t in a rush to purchase by any certain deadline, and he was never pushy with me, but made sure to check in consistently and keeping things moving forward.
Since I was new to this whole thing (this is my first property purchase), I looked to Gabe to guide me in the house-​hunting process — he was very helpful and informative and always made me feel like he had my best interests in mind.
When we finally found the right place, Gabe facilitated a speedy close and all of the closing details went quite smoothly.
