I called to get an estimate to tow my mothers car into a local auto body shop, pricing was very reasonable but he stated he was very busy and to try calling tomorrow. I called next day and he said he was again extremely busy but hung up on me right when i was talking to ask when would he be available and not busy? Rude. Good pricing but hopefully he isn’t too busy when your car breaks down.

After waiting an hour for Morris towing who never showed up, I called Phoenix and they said they would be there within 30 minutes. They got there in 10 minutes, hooked up the truck and even saw what the problem was. Great service, if I never need a tow, I am definitely calling them again before anyone else.

My car broke down on the 710N just before the interchange to the 5… at 7pm on a Friday. Perfect timing!
Dennis from Phoenix was fast, and made me feel completely calm and taken care of. He was very friendly and talked about his family during our drive back to Long Beach. The second my car was unhitched it started on its own. I got the best luck in town, right here. I think Dennis felt sorry for me, so he knocked $ 15 off the tow. He even took a quick look at my car to see if he could tell me what to look for with the mechanic the next day.
Above and beyond is how I would describe their service. Plus, they’re family owned and operated, which I always support.
