This place has a great menu, from Sushi to orange chicken bowl. The portions are very generous. I have been many times and have never seen the rating less than «A». I recommend the Teriyaki Chicken plate, with Misu soup and tempura!

Working nearby really makes this teriyaki joint a simple choice! Usually stop in to get lunch to go but I really enjoy the combination bento box! Spicy or not it is just enough food to hold you off till dinner! I’ll be back, that’s for sure!

The restaurant is very spacious and welcoming. There is a lot of variety in the menu ranging from teriyaki bowls and plates to sushi rolls. Each plate came with miso soup and tempura which was equally delicious as the main entrée. The staff is very courteous and the service is quick! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area needing a quick tasty meal.

So my first experience and only experience at this location today 2​/​8​@​1​2​4​0​pm.​my coworker brought me a bowl and I have to say the food was actually good until I saw this thick piece of hair on my rice. I have to say my lunch was brutally over once I saw this and I will no longer eat anything today. SMH, thank you for NOT wearing a hair net while cooking food.

Came to order togo for lunch, there’s only one waitress/​cashier, so it can take a while on busier days. I ordered the Washington roll and there was so much rice in it, the salmon was super thin too. Also got the spam musubi and it came with soooo much rice and the spam was paper thin. My co worker got the dragon roll, and it tasted okay. I probably won’t return, if you want good sushi head over to Sakura down the street, much better quality for the price.

I made an honest review about this restaurant a few days back, and now Unilocal is not recommending the review based on some parameters. I have been eating at this place for almost 2 years and finally decided they deserved a good rating based on that experience. Its a shame that Unilocal does not find that credible from a real customer.

The food is cheap, as in walk out with a stomach ache and a heart burn cheap. My family and I ordered a bunch of different rolls and we noticed a lot of the rolls were made with the same ingredients with just different sauces on top. Their rice was flavorless and their ramen soup tastes like it was made from the actual bags you buy in gas stations. Everything is final sale so you can’t any food back. Eaters beware.

The only thing that tastes good at Chopstix is the udon. Their chicken teriyaki is tasteless, the tempura is filled with onion and the CA rolls are dry. Even their green tea is flavorless. And did I mention that the inside smells like old msg?

I think more people need to know about this sushi restaurant. The new owner has 30 years of Japanese culinary experience in Hawaii and she’s the sweetest woman you’ll ever meet. The past owner didn’t receive very good reviews but this new owner completely changed the quality of the food.
The udon was the best udon I have ever tasted; it has a perfect savory taste and comes with tempura. The rolls here and sooo delicious as well. The rice for some reason tastes really good and the ingredients seem to be very fresh. Really nice consistency and flavor.
Fast and great service, and good food as well. I think the best part about this place is that it’s very afforable compared to other overpriced sushi restaurants. Seriously recommend this place.
