Inland Pacific Ballet Academy is the largest dance studio and school in southern California. Founded in 1991, IPBA provides professional quality dance training and performing opportunities to students of all ages and levels of experience. Highly skilled professional instructors encourage students to reach their full potential in a positive and disciplined working environment.
Students have earned scholarships with major ballet schools throughout the US including The Joffrey Ballet, School of American Ballet NY, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Houston Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Boston Ballet, Pittsburgh Ballet, and American Ballet Theater. Many students have gone on to successful careers in dance companies including Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater NY, Cleveland Ballet, Dallas Ballet, Los Angeles Chamber Ballet, Memphis Ballet, Nevada Dance Theater, and the Houston Ballet.

History
Established in 1991.
Inland Pacific Ballet Academy’s founders are Victoria Koenig and Kevin Myers. Both are southern California natives and bring a wealth of professional dance experience to their visionary leadership of IPBA. In addition to the Academy, they have also built Inland Pacific Ballet into the premier professional ballet company in the region, enjoying critical acclaim while performing the largest and most varied repertoire in the area.

Business Owner
Victoria is a native of Los Angeles. After many years as a professional dancer, and extensive international travel as a guest artist and teacher, Ms. Koenig returned to Southern California and has become a shaping force in the region’s dance community. She co-founded the Los Angeles Chamber Ballet, was on the faculty of the Stanley Holden Dance Center, and served on the dance faculty of California State University, Long Beach. Now a resident of Claremont, Ms. Koenig has brought her many years of professional experience to the Inland Valley as Co-Founder and Artistic Director of the Inland Pacific Ballet, one of the fastest growing cultural assets in Southern California. She is also on the dance faculty at Pomona College.
