Eco-Way Cleaning & Organizing Solutions

I have used three different cleaning services in the area, and Eco-​Way did the best job by far. I love that although they do not use harsh chemicals, they still do such an excellent job of getting everything cleaner than either of the other two services I have tried. However, the ladies who cleaned the house accidentally knocked down a picture, and the frame split apart. It happens, not a big deal at all. However, they way it was handled was a problem. I paid the ladies and they actually left without mentioning it, and when I went into the living room later in the day I found the pieces laid out on a coffee table. My husband, who had booked the services, mentioned it to Anna and requested that Eco cover the cost for the repair, which was mentioned in this lengthy, almost paranoid-​sounding contract they left with us when they gave us the initial investment.
Anna tried blame my children for knocking down the picture (they were actually outside in the yard with me the whole time, in order to keep them out of the way during the cleaning job, and regardless, both are too small to reach where it was hung high up on the wall). We got an estimate for the frame repair, and she then said the frame was old and falling apart and accused us of just trying to get them to pay for a new frame. Not the best way to handle what should have been an easily resolved, simple little issue.
Had this been addressed in a professional and straightforward manner, we would still be enjoying Eco-Way’s services. Unfortunately we are not sure if we want to do business with this company at this point, despite their excellent cleaning work.

My husband and I started using EcoWay when our son was born about 9 months ago. As a working mom, the thought of having to spend my weekend cleaning instead of spending quality time with the family was just too much. We’ve had nothing but great experiences with EcoWay and I’m so glad we started using them. The employees are all professional and do a very thorough job cleaning our house. Anna is also very accommodating with scheduling. Their rates are reasonable and I love the fact they don’t use harsh chemicals. I always look forward to coming home after they’ve been there! I would highly recommend EcoWay.

I called these guys at 8am to ask if they had any availability to clean my apartment today. Rather than tell me, they took down my information (I refused to give my email address until I knew what their availability was) and said someone would get back to me. Two hours later, no one had gotten back to me, so I called again. I got the usual «so sorry» and time-​wasting confirmations of my phone number, address and repeated requests for my email address, which I assume they want to sell to marketers. I asked to speak to a manager, got one and got the same response. «So sorry, all I can do is send an urgent message asking the scheduler to call you». Meanwhile I called another company in the area, Rest and Relax Cleaning and within minutes had scheduled a cleaning. Their crew arrived early, were efficient, thorough and did a great job. I called Eco-​Way one more time to let them know that I had sourced a cleaner. Still no one responded with their availability and I got the usual apologies and requests for my email address. Finally, around 3pm, when the crew I hired was leaving, I finally got a text message, of all things, stating that they needed a three day lead time to schedule an appointment. Needless to say I will never call these bozos again, who think that the appropriate way to treat a new customer, one who repeatedly calls begging to give them his money, should be blown off all day. Also I suspect some or all the reviews here are written by their staff.

We have been using Ecoway since our daughter was one because after our other company would come the house would smell of harsh chemicals. They are kind, can be flexible with scheduling as long as they have enough notice. We have had to reschedule very last minute because of sick family members etc. and even though we try to avoid that bc their policy is to give 24 hours notice they have been so accommodating on those rate occasions. The house looks and smells clean when I get home and the alarm is set and everything in place. They will even tuck in our 4 year daughter’s baby dolls which makes her smile! I am not sure of the whole story behind the negative review I read on here but in my experience most cleaning companies come for a consultation and then set a schedule with their clients. I would highly recommend Ecoway!

Eco-​way have been cleaning my house for around 2 years now and I have been very satisfied with their service. While they typically service my house ever two weeks, they are very flexible and regularly accommodate to my schedule. I have had no issues leaving the cleaner/​cleaners unsupervised and always feel a sense of relief coming home to a nice clean house. I would definitely recommend their services.

With a lot of house to maintain and two small, messy children, we greatly appreciate that this task is fully taken care of. Their highly experienced staff does not require guidance, is responsive to special requests, and gets the job done faster and more thoroughly than we ever would. Highly recommended!

Love this cleaning company! They use eco friendly products which are great for our dogs and future baby to be! They are punctual and work quickly. I definitely recommend!
