Our limo service was established back in 2003 with a dream to become the best transportation option state-​wide. We set out to achieve this by offering our clientele the most luxurious, reliable and safe rides around town.

We also believe in providing the safest rides around. Our drivers not only went through an intense defense driving course, but they’ve all passed background and drug tests.

Working with RP Limos was the worst experience of any travel or event arrangement I have ever made. It went beyond complications of them recording the wrong time, providing the wrong vehicle and overcharging. Please look up the report that NBC ran on this company in an effort to expose the many clients they took advantage of (including me). It aired on October 12, 2014 at around 6:15. They also did a follow up story. Truly I very upsetting experience that ruined my inlay’s 50th wedding anniversary.

This place BAD BUSINESS, do not book here even if you think they seem reputable — they are not, they charge your account (debit card/​credit card) over and beyond what your final price is, they jacked my account for an amount over a thousand dollars without authorization, this is theft. ON MY WEDDING DAY, they sent a smaller limo and not the limo bus i ordered and confirmed the NIGHT BEFORE — the driver was a scuzz bucket wearing jeans and smoking the whole time, didn’t open a single door for anyone. wow!
when i contacted them to get their billing dept. i was told they only worked 2 days a week sometimes whenever they felt like it, i couldn’t have the number, i couldn’t have the supervisors number, i couldn’t have the owners number, i couldn’t dispute anything because the only number the company has goes to the dispatcher and she doesn’t do anything other than wrongfully book everything and play stupid. YIKES!
do not book this company, they have a terrible reputation as thieves.

Well… wish I could say I was surprised when I read the other reviews… I’m just glad I wasn’t the only one considering their supposed Facebook reviews are great…
They have now charged over $ 1000 fraudulently to my credit card. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company after multiple times of trying to contact them and having the owner HANG UP on me. Then, today I find out hat they have forged my signature on documents to send to my credit card company for rides I never even took! Rides I was not even in the state they say I was picked up in when I would have supposedly signed said documents. I am now pursuing criminal charges against them. If anyone else has had this same experience, I recommend you do the same.
