Great service tonight. Michael was a pleasure he provided great service. My daughters & I will definitely return.

Went here last week for my lunch with my family. we sat down and didnt get any service 10 minutes later, decided to take my lunch at legends down the street and was treated better

This is my local Chillies and I love our server Nicole she was amazing she was on top of everything. When I received my food I was not so pleased but she was so happy to take it back and get something else more suitable for me. Overall it was ok but the server was amazing. It seems as though the menu is constantly changing every month though. One day we come in and our favorite dish is not longer being served.

I am done with this dump.
First, I came in to redeem points for a lunch combo. I checked my points at home and had 142 points.
After I ordered my meal, and I checked into the table kiosk, I now magically had only 82 points, so now my meal is no longer free.
Second, I ordered the smoked chicken burrito which was undercooked, or not microwaved enough as it was absolutely gross and tasted like it came from a pre-​made boxed meal.
Also, it came with a dipping sauce???
The sauce was gross and I couldn’t tell what flavor it was and why it would come with a burrito.
The only thing good was the waitress was nice, but this is not enough for me to ever come back.
There are way too many other places to eat with far superior food.

So hands down this has to be the best chilis in the area for multiple reasons…
So I frequent chilis quite a bit maybe once to twice a week it’s literally my favorite restaurant. I usually come with my bestie or my brothers. At this location I usually get one of 3 servers who are all amazing. I recommend sitting in the dining area vs. the bar service is a bit quicker.
The menu is always good and constantly adding new items. I highly recommend the ancho salmon it’s always cooked perfectly and seasoned so deliciously. I would also recommend the Dr Pepper bbq ribs. Super tasty and have a lot of meat on them.
If your not already a rewards member i recommend signing up its very simple and the rewards add up semi fast.
The ziosk make paying fast and easy no waiting for the check.
All in all this location is pretty good!

This review is about the service at this location.
This place has some of the worst service ever.
Time and time again, I come here and it is always the same.
I’m thinking that the servers must be taking on too many tables.
They are very unattentive. They don’t come around to refill your drinks. You hardly ever see your server again and have to try to get the attention of any one else that walks by. Everyone seems like they just want to avoid you.
On one occasion my friend and I never saw our server again. When our meal was almost over my friend went into their kitchen and refilled his own drink! Sounds crazy but it turns out that our server left her shift with out letting anyone know. Our meal was comped. This location is terrible.

Just left and it’s 9:45 on Saturday night. Got seated within a minute but waited at table almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the 5 waiters that passed us by the kitchen. There was empty tables around us so our section was not busy. Very disappointed because we like coming here.

Service was good but the food was quite pricy for what one gets. I like the new payment method because you don’t have to wait around for your server.

This place suck. I didn’t get any service for 15 min when we sat down. My shrimp tacos where ccold. The waitresses don’t attend to anyone right away. Yeah management, corporate need to get a handle on it.

There was no one there, or food took forever, they didn’t get right and then took an extra 30 mins to cash us out horrible

So slow! Took an hour and a half for two rounds of the endless soup and salad. They weren’t busy, it was 2pm when we got there and left at 3:30. Waiter walked past us several times ignoring us. We had to ask the hostess to get our 2^nd round and again to fix the check when we were overbilled. Been a long time since I left a $.01 tip but it happened here.

Worst service eveeeeeer. We paid for our drinks and left after an hour of waiting for our food. Staff this place up! (–1 star) aka 0 stars!

Being in the restaurant business for over 10 years I know what to look for and I’m also a lot more patient. Came here last night with my Wife. Male’s bathroom needed some cleaning, and smelled like urine decently bad. We sat in the bar area and had a male server with a goatee serving us. He was a great server, made sure our waters were always full, didn’t rush us into ordering, and kept up with the chips and salsa. If we asked him for anything he had it back in a timely manner. Great service, just need to keep an eye on the restroom.

Food is what you’d expect. Do like their lighter fare food. I just don’t understand how there is nO WIFI.

Service was good! HOWEVER, the food was ok! I’ve been to other restaurants and the food has been great. Here not so much, I ordered a Quesadilla explosion salad, the lettuce was wilted & warm, I added avocado and the slices where brown, for a 10.00
salad you wouldn’t think you’d get something like that! The Texas fries came out with hard cheese, like it’s been sitting there for a while. Disappointing when you order food and it’s not good.

On a late Sunday evwning, we decided cooking at home wasn’t happening. The obvious choices were then A) go to bed hungry after snacking on whatever was anywhere in the house that could be chewed and swallowed or B) go sit down and eat.
We chose the latter.
So, in a nest of several restaurants we chose chili’s and I am really glad we did.
Ambiance, perfection. Very modern, restaged. Looks more upscale with good music and good energy. There are plenty of flat screens for all you sport fiends. My hubby was happy to catch his (cough) Lakers. (My cough, not his).
Alyssa was our waitress. She was a doll to say the least. Good listener, conversationalist and kind. She was attentive and the service was on point. Really, from our host to our runner, and Lizette (assisting Alyssa) they were all pretty awesome.
We had the fajitas, on point. Came out piping hot. The appetizers were yummy.
The pineapple blueberry Margarita was delish! Bice and strong. Wonderful on a Sunday. (Hey, I prayed earlier in church).
Overall, would definitely recommend if you don’t want to eat at a fast food joint and are not specifically in the mood to dress up– you’re golden to settle @Chilis.
Oh! The have those ziosks, so u can conveniently pay! If you have children, spend yhe dollar or 2 and buy a game, truly keeps them happy and occupied, good fun for everyone.

Surprisingly good. Even though it was busy we got great service.
But they need to sweep and clean up more, it was a crazy house in terms of cleanliness.

Upon coming into this restaurant there was no wait time. I was really happy about that.
This restaurant by far has an amazing waiter by the name Michael! VERY FRIENDLY and very sweet. I’m picky about my food and usually waiters at other restaurants give me an attitude. But Michael on the other hand was very nice about me ordering the Cajun chicken pasta. no spicy on my food extra Alfredo sauce. He took my order with a smile.
Waiting for our food, my husband and I wanted to change his order of loaded mashed potatoes to regular fries. I saw I think the busboy (mark) and ask if he can change my order. Now instead of him Just getting our waiter and having him do it. He goes ahead and let’s our waiter know for me. He was very nice! Extra points towards my great night!
Our food took only 15 minutes. Very quick and food was very good!
Now usually I have to ask for my refills at other places but Michael refilled mine and my husband’s drinks quickly.
Chili’s did a great job hiring them! Will Def be coming back!

My last experience here was a lot better! The servers were kinder to me, food tasted a lot better and the place was cleaner.

Frank the manager is a total blank. (You can fill it in yourself) we were a small party of 3 adults and 2 small children. I ordered the lighter side sirloin medium rare. Our first two orders we said no pico de gallo. So my order not even thinking about it I ordered the steak. The steak came out over done and topped with pico de gallo. Who in the heck puts pico de gallo on a steak. First off this is not don Jose… To top it off we had to leave because our food took over 25 minutes to come out. So I had no time to send the steak back. Then frank came over and all he did was comp the meal that didn’t get eaten,.,. This chilis sucks! I understand that when u go to chilis you don’t expect much but when the manager comes over and is a complete a hole then we got problems. If he would have at least offered a discount or something I wouldn’t have been so pissed.
After the manager came over our waiter never came back and that is why he didn’t receive a tip. Wonderful.

Buen servicio, atencion, ambiente agradable, lindo lugar a mi esposo y a mi nos agrado, apesar que es la primera vez que venimos a este, asi que disfrutando !!!
