Right-Way

Right-​Way is why I support local businesses. I have used them on several occasions. First, I used them to clean my chimney and then my dryer vents. In both instances they did an excellent job. Based on past performance I decided to use Right-​Way to clean my carpet. I was a little apprehensive because I hadn’t had the carpets cleaned in quite sometime and believe me I wasn’t sure that Right-​Way could clean it thoroughly. Having two small dogs didn’t help either. However, Jeff assured me I would be satisfied with the job he did. After a few hours he finished the job and I couldn’t believe the result. The carpet looked better than it did when I moved in 10 years ago. Wow, I was really satisfied and the price was reasonable too. Guess what? Now the family walks around the house without shoes and that includes the dogs! Good job Right-​Way.

I had a good experience with Right-​Way. They are local, family owned, and it shows. Gina was helpful setting up the appointment and processing payment, and Jeff called me to let me know he would try but couldn’t promise to get a few stains out of the carpet of the new house we were moving into. The carpet was left clean and soft right before we moved in, it was just what I wanted. Great job.

Great job, well done, prompt, courteous, and friendly. Had to have bathroom tile floor and shower steam cleaned. Thanks to fellow Unilocalers I was able to locate a great reliable company who does provide great customer service.

These guys were nothing but awesome! As a working mom with 3 kids I don’t have a lot of time to write reviews, but all I can tell you is they did a fantastic job, we’re very nice, and reasonable!

Jeff and Gina are awesome. I have been using their services for a long time and can safely say they are the best carpet cleaning company in the San Gabriel valley. Jeff is punctual, does a thorough job and imparts tips on how to maintain the carpets spot free in between cleanings, particularly if there are pets.

I’d have to say… if you want to earn someone’s business… answer the damn phone when people call you to find out about your services. It doesn’t take much to hire a secretary or an answering service, or if you can’t afford it… forward calls to a cell phone.
Come on, seriously? It’s during business hours. It’s advertised on your Unilocal page that you are open. But no one answers? No thanks, I’ll keep looking.

I have been using this company for years now and have always been VERY happy! Their service and costumer attention are above and beyond. Jeff and Gina are always so reliable. Jeff was just recently out to clean my cream colored rug because my 1 year old daughter smashed blackberries into it and Gina was able to call me back and schedule Jeff to come out to clean the rug IMMEDIATELY. They are a dynamo duo that are so dependable.
In addition to using them at home, my husband also uses them at his office which is home to 120 employees and we can never believe how great the carpet looks after Right Way Carpet Cleaning comes out and cleans the carpets.
We also used them during our home inspection when we bought our house to inspect the fireplace and chimney, because of the previous years of great service.
This company is family owned and operated, so you get all the personal attention and perks of a family business but ALL THE Professionalism of big business.

Superior service! Gina was very professional and went the extra mile by giving us a courtesy call one hour before our appointment. Jeff arrived on time and worked a miracle on our carpet, kitchen and bathroom tile. This company is very reasonable. We bought our carpets 9 plus years ago when we moved into our home and have not cleaned them since. I figured they needed to be replaced, but I thought about giving them a good cleaning to see what would happen. Got Jeff’s name from a friend and I’m really glad I did. They are beautiful! The wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms look brand new and the large area rug looks great. Jeff and his son were on time and really reasonable. They were the nicest guys and I love supporting local family run businesses. Will call them in a year to re-​clean — as recommended. I’m not leaving them un-​cleaned ever again based on how good they look.

I am a local Realtor and have been using and recommending Jeff to clients for years. There is never a job he finishes where I am not impressed. Just last week, he came to look at a condo where tenant’s left the carpet stained and filthy. Jeff was honest and said he would try his best but there are no guarantees. Jeff and his wife, Gina are just wonderful. He did a great job cleaning my chimney this winter and also fixed and cleaned my dryer vent that had been spewing CO2 into my kitchen for heaven knows how long. He cleaned my tile, carpet and sofas and they all look like they did when they were new. I very much recommend them because they are honest, reasonable, hard working and incredibly pleasant to deal with.

Jeff cleaned our tile and grout in our kitchen. They look better today then when they were first installed. They also cleaned the tile and grout in our bathrooms. They look great! We have about 250 SF of Spanish tile outside of the entry to the house which have not been cleaned in over ten years. They look perfect now. Jeff and Gina put customer service and satisfaction as their top priority. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

First time I’ve ever written a review but felt compelled to do so after my experience. Short version is both Jeff And Gina were very friendly, made it seem like you we’re dealing with family and not a business. I had my carpets done, quote was a little higher than some other but frankly, I didn’t even ask them to match because I felt comfortable with the level of service to that point. Marcos was on time to both my office carpet cleaning appointment and my home one. He was quick, yet thorough. Great rates, and reliable, trustworthy serviceI am very pleased with this company, and I will be using them myself in the future, and referring them to all my friends.

I called Jeff and Gina for a quote on cleaning my water heater vent, because a local chimney sweeper flaked on me and never returned my calls.
Their local (Monrovia) rates were better than the ones I found locally (SFV), but I ended up paying more since I live more than an hour away from Monrovia. I didn’t mind, since I just needed to get the job done and they seemed honest. Jeff made the trek out to our house, and went promptly to work. He explained the work he was doing, the tools he was using, what I could expect to happen, etc. A tarp was laid out to contain any spills. At the end of the job, he showed me a big plastic bag filled with soot that was clogging up my heater vent. He also explained that he did not blow air through the vent out into the roof because it was a foggy day and the soot would probably linger and create problems with the neighbors. He also made sure to leave the garage as clean as how we started. Honest, reliable, clean and thorough work done for reasonable rates.
I would not hesitate calling on him again. Highly recommended.
