Come here with our contractors recommendation. Picked out a bamboo floor. Leo was the man that helped us. He was very informative and was a really professional. Thank you, will recommend this place to friends and family.

I went into the Lumber Liquidators Monrovia store in Monrovia only with the knowledge that I wanted hard wood floor for our new house and nothing more. Leo Mendoza was on hand to answer all our questions, made sensible recommendations regards to Colour, price, functionality etc.
It all made sense after that. Our 1200 ft hard wood floor turned out beautiful. I want to thank Leo for his help and invaluable advice. … Pictures to follow when the house is cleaned up and presentable.

Our experience with Lumber Liquidators in Monrovia was excellent. The staff was helpful and accommodating. We ended up with a great deal on our beautiful new American made wood floor.

Put new flooring in at home and received friendly service from the staff here on my multiple visits. Manager Leo did a great job with our flooring needs and made our experience here great.

I was very impressed by the customer service at Lumber Liquidators Monrovia location. George, Roxy and Leo were all amazingly helpful. I placed a fairly large order and everything was handled in a timely fashion and went according to plan. Anytime I called with a question someone was able to look up my order and provide assistance. The prices were reasonable and the flooring is beautiful. Lumber Liquidators also referred me to an installer who did great work. I was grateful that Lumber Liquidators allowed us to return unused materials and gave us a credit refund. Overall I had a terrific experience and would definitely use this store again!

I just finished installing 800 sq ft of the Bellawood Hickory engineered wood flooring. Leo, the store manager has been great to deal with through the whole project. The quality and price of the flooring was very good compared to what I found at the big box and other flooring stores. The wear layer thickness, finish, and the length of the boards (many are 84″ long) is what sold me on this particular product. I had very little waste — only the very occasional finish marking or damage to tongue or groove. I did a glue down installation with the Bostik Seal N Grip. This was my first ever wood floor installation, but with some careful planning and checking out YouTube videos, I was able to get it installed.
I wish the return policy was longer than 30 days, but they are very up front about the policy (every time I buy something, I sign a sheet acknowledging the policy)

I just purchased some water proof vinyl flooring and I am so glad I went to this store. Leo, the sales person helped me out tremendously. What I liked the most is his courtesy and customer service skills. I am really happy with HOW he helped me in choosing the materials I needed. He is very polite and patience, even when I kept interrupting him he listened to me and helped me out in a very nice way. Not that many stores have employees like this so I can really appreciate this.
Now regarding price, I confess that I didn’t go look at other places, but I did go to home depot and I was «this close» in buying this stuff at home depot because someone told me that home depot has really low prices for laminate floor and everybody goes there to buy this price because their prices are really low already. Well, that friend of mine didn’t know what the heck they were talking about because home depot is DOUBLE the price, and their stuff is UGLIER.
I’m sure there might be a couple of other places out there that might have the same stuff at a bit lower price than lumber liquidators, but Leo’s service was very pleasant that I just decided to buy it here at lumber liquidators. On top of that I don’t have time to be driving around looking for lower prices.
The stuff I purchased here cost me half the price compared home depot, and home depot does’t even have a nicer variety compared to lumber liquidator. Oh, and at home depot I had to special order and wait almost two weeks to receive my new floor. Lumber liquidator had it in stock so I took it the same day. That’s pretty awesome!
Yeah, I got fantastic service and a low price so I definitely recommend this place. That’s what business is all about.

We recently got our engineered hardwood floor installed. Now, we weren’t too diligent with our research. Might not be a good idea. However, we went into the store to begin looking and we met Leo who is the store manager. He explained to us all we needed to know about hardwood and showed us the quality of each one. Upon coming across one particular style we loved, Leo explained what we needed to know about engineering hardwood. To make a long story short, we were sold. The installation team which consisted of two people did an amazing job to our home. We love our new look to our home. I definitely recommend this particular store.
The only difficult situation we encounter was the information we received about how to process the financing. Otherwise it would have a perfect all around experience.

Came to Lumber Liquidators because my husband saw a great deal online. The first sales person that helped us out was Roxy she was awesome and very helpful she made me feel comfortable with the product we choose. When it was time to pick up my order Leo helped us out. He was extremely helpful and informative. He was on top of everything that we ordered and answered all of my husbands questions. Our experience was amazing and I highly recommend going to that store.

This place is straight forward. So many people her complain about rude ect ect you would think they are the queen of England. The guy that help me was ok. I didn’t vip five star service I got service equal to what and where I was buying from. Great price don’t bother shopping around just go and get it. Only one problem. Not that big of a section to chose from but I already knew what I wanted.

Thanks for your help with my flooring project. I really appreciated the customer service and the ease with which you accepted the return of materials that I purchased, but were not used.
Installation was time consuming, but not overly difficult. The quality of the flooring was amazing. Every piece was perfect. I was able to use every board in the boxes. I had very little waste.

Came to this place on a recommendation from family and friends. So glad I did. Place is just the right size for all the flooring to have on display without it being overwhelming. Customer service was great greeted right away and asked if they could answer any questions. Leonard (I think that’s what his name) was very helpful and courteous. The only downfall was parking lif was small and not accommodating to big cars.

Store hours said till 6pm arrived at 4:45pm. Looking at hardwood and this lazy workers started turning the lights off at 5pm to boot us out… I told them the store stated they were open till 6pm and they said it has not been updated! BS!!! You young boys just want to skip an hour to close! Shame on you… Will bring my business elsewhere! I hope your Boss sees this review!!!

The store manager at Monrovia, Jeff, was very rude. there was no customer services. The way he does business is worst than a used car salesman.
I was promised that there will be no problem with returning the unused boxes, but when I called Jeff today he said it has passed the 30-​day limit. Yes, I was one day over and Jeff never mentioned about the 30-​day return policy before, not even once, and I talked with him at least 3 times previously.
I requested to discuss this issue with his boss, and hopefully I will get an answer soon. However the customer service rep at LL headquarter was very nice and helpful.
I won’t do business with LL again.

I’ve purchased flooring from many places for the past few years for residential rehabs, but Lumber Liquidators in Monrovia has definitely been head and shoulders above the rest thus far… especially when it comes to service and affordability. Yes, quality and convenience are great as well, but their service is what really makes this place stand out forsure!

I was bestowed the privilege of ripping out the carpeting in the kids room and replacing it with laminate flooring. Oh joy here we go!
We had shopped around several big box home improvement stores before stopping in to this location. The guys were super helpful! We ran into a snag with the product we purchased having been «damaged» (though I think they were mistakenly out of stock when they sold it) no harm no foul. Here’s the kicker…
The guys went out of there way to rectify the situation by locating the product at another store, having them «put hands» on the product to make sure they actually had it and even cut the already reduced price in half for the trouble. Though it wasn’t the smoothest experience I have to say they handled it well.
The project got done, the room looks awesome and the wife is happen… most importantly lol
I had did have to go with the 4 star review for overall product quality/​satisfaction.

Watch the 60 Minutes report on the unacceptable formaldehyde levels of their laminate flooring which is made in China! Shocking!!! This cancer-​causing and highly toxic chemical has Americans across the nation ripping out their flooring because it’s so dangerous. Shame on this company for their unsafe business practices!

I lay floors for a living. When I first met Jeff, I was curious as to how he can help me help the customer. He gave me swatches of flooring for me to provide to the clients. He has always been kind and understanding which in turn helped me get more business. I love this store and have sent non clients in there to speak with him. Monrovia is a little distance from me as im closer to the City of Industry store which he used to manage. This is why I drive to Monrovia. Thanks Jeff!

This store has always been helpful to me. It’s was about a year ago when I first came and met Jeff. Now I have a floor store I can go to with confidence. They also price match if it’s somewhere cheaper.

I waited a while to write my review as one cannot appreciate a product without using it for a while. Last Christmas we ordered bamboo floor for our bedroom. It was a trial run to see if we liked it in possibly flooring our entire house. We love it! The floor is fabulous and the staff at Monrovia Lumber Liquidators could not have been more helpful, Jeff, Doug, Alexander Flooring who installed it, even the guy who put all the supplies in my truck. We will definitely be using their services again over the summer to floor our entire house!
