Kyrie Design

This review is for anyone, like myself, who wishes they knew the truth about a company before wasting any time with them.
Overall Kyrie is not truthful, completely unreliable and lack the professionalism and competency to conduct real business to business jobs. They also refused to sign a NDA after receiving proprietary information. Therefore, I would not recommend them to anyone who is running a business.

I went to them for a business opportunity about a year ago because they were local and had a few good reviews on Unilocal.Mark, one of the owners, had me discuss detailed business matters (potential volume/​pricing) at the local Shell gas station where he works the counter. Long story short, we agreed to do business, but later he lost the prototype he was supposed to print for evaluation and ultimately then refused to do business altogether stating the product was unprintable and would be inefficient for mass production. To the contrary, other shops disagreed and believed it was in fact an easy job.
Nearly one year later to December 7, 2015, I was ready to do marketing prints for the business. I decided to give Kyrie a shot again because all we needed were simple logo printed on shirts. I came in with about 15 items, stated when we needed them by (before Christmas) and Toni, the other owner and wife of Mark, stated it would be no problem.
I requested a formal quote to review and confirm mock ups before printing, but I did not hear back from her for 4 days. On 12/​11, I requested a formal quote again but only received an estimate. The following week on ¹²⁄₁₄ formal quote was requested once more, but still nothing. I would not confirm without formal quotation and needed exact cost break down, I requested again on ¹²⁄₁₉ but still did not receive throughout the entire weekend so began calling on ¹²⁄₂₁ but still no answer.
I had to leave a voice mail informing them if they could not get the job done before Christmas then I would need to pick up the goods and go elsewhere. Still no reply on ¹²⁄₂₂ via text and phone. I decided to email and finally received a reply to the email after 5pm stating «You can pick up the stuff» (verbatim).
A rep picked up the goods the next day (¹²⁄₂₃) unprinted. All things considered, I felt it was best to sign a NDA to protect proprietary information, however, Mark refused to sign it.
Mark then called me that evening voicing his displeasure regarding the NDA request and also asked what the NDA meant because he had never signed one before. Nothing was explained regarding the inability to print the shirts. Mark decided he would not read the NDA and suggested his «lawyer friend» review it first. I had no problems with that and followed up the week after but it still was not read, so I requested an exact follow up date. He stated the following Wednesday, which was yesterday.
I called twice on ¹⁄₆ and left a voice message, but have yet to receive a call back. I will not continue to follow up.
All in all, they are not a reliable company and they have refused to sign the NDA for reasons I am not sure. I can’t speak for anyone else but myself and from my personal experience with them, I would absolutely not recommend their services to anyone.

I contacted several places to customize designs on fleece and Kyrie Prints were the only ones to respond to me, and so quickly as well! The prices were super affordable and the heat transfers were done in a week! They customized it perfectly and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I will definitely come here again once I have another idea Although their hours are from 9−5pm they are super flexible, just make an appointment!

I was looking for a new, local printer for numerous shirts and hoodies that I needed done after my previous printer burned some items and was terrible with communication. I found Kyrie Prints and about 6 other printers on Unilocal and of all of the companies I emailed for a quote and turn around time, Kyrie Prints responded the quickest and had very fair prices, so I went with them. One of the colors that I wasnted was very specific, so Kyrie Prints mixed about 5 different color options and allowed me to pick he one I wanted –my previous printer had an additional charge to mix custom colors. Kyrie Prints delivered on schedule, at a great cost, and the finished product was exactly what I wanted. I plan on using them again in the vary near future for other print projects.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Super friendly. SUPER accommodating. Fast turnaround. They went above and beyond my expectations! If you’re within 30 miles of Monrovia and need any sort of print work done; I would suggest Kyrie Prints!
