Well the young man who does the work is somewhat flaky and unresponsive at times. His father (who took over the account for him because the young man just stopped running the business it seems) didn’t read the texts I sent him about when to come and then cancelled the account because I couldn’t have him come this week. The father was rude.
Now the work quality was good. The customer service is beyond ridiculous.
