Just bad. Bad service, way overpriced, some of their dishes were quite honestly gross. The rest were bland or decent at best. Do not recommend.

Their almond chicken is NOT amazing. It was a sliced chicken patty from the freezer section at a grocery store. It was like rubber. I’m disgusted I paid money for this and that was the last straw for us. We won’t eat there again.

The service in this restaurant is different from customer to customer. I was treated rudely and so were some others. When it was time to order I was asked, «WHATDOYOUWANT?» (I understand the waitress doesn’t know how to speak in English politely, but her attitude toward us is not acceptable. It was very rude.) Some received the same treatment and a few were treated with kindness and smiles. There was nothing special about the food and the restaurant itself is long and narrow. The atmosphere was not pleasant and probably better to buy takeout. The price was reasonable(They’ve increased and the potion turned smaller), but at the same price I can find better service.

Uuuu that mango chicken was delicious! The place and service are not really appealing. Bit actually take out is really rewarding. They charge extra for the rice and I thought it was really strange. Bit still, food is full of flavor and quality

We ordered about 6 plates to get a feel for the restaurant. I know this is a local favorite and a top 10 restaurant in Monroe but i just didn’t enjoy the taste of the food.

We have eaten here the last two Saturday’s and cannot say enough good things! First it is owned and run by a husband and wife team. He cooks and makes all of the food and she is the waitress, cashier, bus person and answers the phone. We have done the family menu and have enjoyed all of our choices. Our favorites are almond chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Pot stickers are the best we have ever had. My family is very particular about their Chinese food and this by far is our favorite. Highly recommend!

If you’re in a hurry, come on in. The for came out super fast. Its better than expected. The lunch specials are all under $ 6, includes soup. I would eat here again if in the area.

The best Chinese food from Everett to Sultan, WA. Some people giving reviews for bad customer service must not know that other cultures do not act like ours. They have always been great with us and all our friends and family. Never have to ask for anything. The only server is also the busser and cashier and still has no problem keeping up. The food is perfectly flavorful and never over greasy or over done. Everyone has thier own oppinion. You’ll never know if you don’t try it.

We eat here a lot, mainly because it’s the only place that delivers chinese in our area. This makes it rather limited. They get an extra star for delivery and that is about it. Their customer service is rather lacking. They almost always forget the chopsticks, hot sauce and extra napkins we ask for. The food itself is okay. Unless you want to substitute something. Don’t even bother asking. We normally order from the family dinner menu, getting between 4 – 6 entrees. Don’t even ask if you can get lemon chicken instead of orange chicken, no way. We even offered to pay a couple of extra bucks. Nope. Also, when you order six of these meals, even though they are all separate, you have to choose either ALL fried rice or ALL white rice. You can’t get 4 meals with fried rice and 2 with white rice. Even though they are all separate meals. I’m not even sure I understand this. But, they deliver. The only chinese place in Monroe or Snohomish that does. Quality of food depends on the day. Some days big hefty portions, others, not so much. The food is edible and decent for Americanized Chinese. Don’t expect anything too great. If you don’t get your expectations high, you should be all right.

Worse possible service. If you want to eat here, plan on it taking twice to three Times as long as you would expect.

Their almond chicken is AMAZING! My tummy is growling thinking about it. Eating inside is okay. Nothing too special about the décor. I always get to-go. They are fast and the food is great. The lunch prices are great and afordable.

Please don’t judge this place on its décor. You’ll be doing yourself an injustice. The food is really great for Monroe. The woman that always greets me is super cool and has a fun sense of humor. The food is Americanized Chinese, but its tasty. The to go portions are really large. I’ve always gotten the general Tso’s chicken and fried rice. Give it a try and see for yourself.

EPICALLYBAD. I ordered Almond chicken, what I got was an overcooked pre-breaded frozen chicken cutlet on a bed of browning cabbage topped with almond slivers. no sauce, no seasoning, just half rotten cabbage, overcooked deep fried chicken waste meat and stale almond slivers. The fried prawns were also the pre-breaded frozen ones that were also overcooked, Calling this horrible filth Chinese food is an insult to a beautiful culinary tradition and style. to be honest calling it food is pretty generous. I would not recommend this place as anywhere people should eat. Alas, no good Asian food in Monroe…

This is the type of small family run place where you go for the food… yes the FOOD, not the ambiance! Reasonably priced, good service… Great Food. Super lunch deals. Plan on eating here often.

The food is 5 stars, but the building gets 3. They need a nice new location to go with their AMAZING Chinese food.

The hot and sour soup is admittedly very good. So far, I have not been impressed with anything else on the menu. At this point this establishment is «SOUPONLY» for our family.

I recommend the mango prawns! They are pretty amazing! The food is pretty good, have not had anything bad really here. I took a star off for how one of the waitresses had acted when I ordered take out once. She was pretty rude and kept cutting me off when I was trying to order. The next time I came she was nicer so maybe I just caught her on a bad day before…

I always judge a Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup and Top Wok’s is top notch. A table full of Chinese customers were eating the day we went in… always a good sign. Food was great and DIRT cheap.

I was instantly worried when reviews here raved about ‘cream cheese wontons’, usually an indicator that you will run into full-bore Americhinese cuisine. Located in the heart of downtown Monroe, my son Ben and I arrived around 5:30 on a Saturday and it was mostly empty. Swiftly seated and instantly offered tea I noticed two things right away, Sriracha hot sauce and ground white pepper at the table. Oh yeah. Gentle asian inspired music, clean simple décor. The menu offers a fairly wide array of standard ‘real chinese’ like General Tso’s, Kung Pao, Mongolian Beef, etc. Always looking for value I spot the $ 19.95 Dinner for Two, two entrees(from a limited set), soup, egg roll, BBQ pork and rice(steamed or fried). Ben picks the Sweet and Sour chicken(his eyes are very wide indeed), I opt for Mongolian Beef, extra spicy(«1 to 5 stars?» asks the waiter, I say 5). The hot and sour soup here is really good, and even had black fungus(yes, thats an actual ingredient you guys, a delicacy). I was happy to flick some extra white pepper in the soup. Didnt last long. The Mongolian Beef came, served in classic style on a bed of deep fried bean threads, fresh green onions and chinese-tenderized beef. Yummy. But it was a ‘monroe 5 star’ heat, and no chili peppers were involved(which I love to eat). Bens Sweet and Sour chicken was just that, no bell pepper, onion or pineapple involved here — my guess is that perhaps this being a blue collar, meat-eatin town the owner probably got tired of ladeling the peppers/onion into the trash. Deep fried in a sturdy batter and smothered in a good sweet/sour sauce Ben munched most of it down and I helped him polish it off. The wait staff, dressed in whatever they wore to rodeo, did a good job, and the owner came around and made sure everyone was happy. And the place had filled up by the time we left. I will be back to try something more complex next time. They know what they’re doing here!
