Wendy’s

Don’t go here– this is literally THE worst fast food places have ever been to. They are so rude here and never, ever, ever get your order right, and they don’t care. Only go here if you hate yourself and like giving your money away to get something you don’t want. Oh and my husband once had hair in his food. You’ve been warned.

Food product such as hamburger that Wendys renders unfit to eat as hard foreign found in Wendy’s hamburger breaking a tooth while eating a hamburger. Sad that one has to worry about doing damage to their teeth while eating a meal. This just happened last month Jan of 2016 and find I am not the only one this has happen to lately. BEWARE — I went through the drive through and was yelled at with «what do you want?» I ordered then got «what else?» I said please give me a moment and was asked «What else!?»
I was never given a total and was never asked to pull up. This incident happened on 11 Nov 15 at 4:52 PM. I asked to speak to the manager who arrived at the window with a headset on. The manager immediately said, «Yeah I heard.» No apology, nothing — I told her to cancel the order. I asked her name and the name of the employee. The employee was «Diamond» and the manager was «Tanya». You could tell the manager was embarassed and had no idea how to handle the situation. I have been to this Wendy’s before, orders have been screwed up and I understand thinks won’t always be perfect but I will NEVER go to this Wendy’s again. If ownership records the drive thru orders I would recommend you listen to this incident. I agree with the others that say No Stars needs to be an option.

Ordered a single cheese with only mayo, ketchup, tomato & lettuce
Get back on the highway and open my food, only to find:
Pickles
Onions
Mustard
Mayo
Lettuce
I guess they got 2 ingredients correct
They’re too damn busy interupting your order to get it right.

And getting the drink order wrong is just icing on the cake

I really dislike giving one star, but I have no choice. I am not a person who likes to go to Fast Food Restaurants, but I just wanted a baked potato and really like the ones from Wendy’s. I wish they would either take this item off the menu or have some available the last two times, I went to this Wendy’s location, they never have baked potatoes. They are not either prepared or they do not have any potatoes. Why keep it on the menu??? Plus, it is the dirtiest Wendy’s I have ever been.

My wife and I have stopped patronizing wendy’s as the food seems to be getting worse. Rarely are the fries hot nor are the burgers even warm. Time after time my burger has been nearly cold. We finally had to call it quits as Wendy’s just can’t get it right.

Not sure why I’m bothering to review Wendy’s but I am. I don’t typically eat fast food but they are close by and sometimes it’s a necessary evil. I rate them low because I always ask for the fries well done and they NEVER DO IT. The last time I even recieved COLD fries. Nothing worse than giving in to fast food, looking forward to some fries, pull away, dip your hand into the bag only to find some cold fries that have probably been sitting out for a half our.

I ordered a Jr. cheeseburger, and all I wanted on it was, tomato, mustard, and onion.
The sandwich was oozing 5hem mustard. .
And, what’s with the $.30 charge for a slice of a tomato??!
WHY ISN’T IT WRITTEN ON THE MENU BOARD??!

I used to love Wendy’s but haven’t been to one for awhile since they closed the location near my house. We had been on the road returning from a trip to Michigan and decided to stop for a late night bite. Their Homestyle Chicken sandwiches use to be very good — really «homestyle» with crunchy breading and tender, juicy chicken. This sandwich tasted over processed, very much like a frozen chicken breast would taste like. The chicken was so dense and had a weird texture to it — like it wasn’t real chicken or it was under cooked. I ate three bites and threw the rest away. I enjoyed the fries though.
One of the things that set Wendy’s apart from the other chains to me is the food was fast AND fresh, everything didn’t taste the same, flavors were distinguishable. That doesn’t appear to be the case anymore.

This is one of the better Wendy’s locations. I’m always treated well by the employees and haven’t had any issues with their food or service. I recommend this location if you’re in the area and craving some Wendy’s.

I wish I could give it no stars. I called asking if they could donate a small box of mixed sauces for out Girl Scout event, I would even provide them with our Tax ID letter. I was transferred to the store manager Darrius Ross we so rude and insulting to me. He did not even give me a chance to finish asking what I was calling about and yelled over the phone to me that he did not have time for me and hung up. Really??? All he had to do was say hey we are busy right now can I take your name and number and call you back later or tell me when a better time to call would be. I will never go here again. Last year Culver’s donated the sauces and the year before McDonald’s donated. We try not to ask the same ones over and over and try to keep it local. Everyone who attends this event knows that this company donated and help support Girl Scouts.

Yesterday afternoon I waited in line 10 minutes then waited another 10 minutes for my 2 salads. I asked for ranch dressing and got avacado ranch. They are great for simple things but yesterday was an unbelievable wait.

I swear they slaughter the cattle in the back of the kitchen.

I cant understand the lady taking the order. The order is always wrong. Stay away.
