History

Established in 2012.

iCandy Homes was formed in 2012 around the kitchen table of one of the partners. It is a family-​owned national real estate company. Our team is forward-​thinking, able to see both the big picture and the path that needs to be taken to get there. iCandy Homes does business in all fifty states, most notably Illinois. We have an extensive background and education in real estate investing. We are experienced in a multitude of strategies, including single family homes, mobile homes, commercial properties, tax liens and deeds, and land development.

Meet the Business Owner

John S.

Business Owner

John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Rose-​Hulman Institute of Technology. He also studied the Rich Dad Real Estate Education Program. He strives for lifelong growth both in business and personally.

At iCandy Homes, Mr. S provides the overall vision for the company.

Never forgetting where he started, Mr. Swiercinsky highly regards continuing education, personal development and proper business training. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Chicagoland Real Estate Connections Club, a première resource for local real estate investors. He works alongside his iCandy Homes partners and international experts to develop unique educational products and to provide value to iCandy Homes clients.
