Tuscany Falls Banquets & Events

We had our wedding there August 29^th, 2015. We booked the place almost a year in advance, and went in every other month to make payments and discuss our plans. The staff is phenomenal. They not only knew us by name, but they made us sure we got exactly what we wanted. They worked with us on every aspect of our wedding, and we are extremely thankful for that. We have nothing but great memories from Tuscany Falls!

I just got married on August 22, 2015. We had our wedding in Chicago and our reception at Tuscany Falls Banquets in Mokena. I would have to say that I was very pleased with the customer service and overall enthusiasm that the employees gave us. From start to finish, everything was great. We had a pretty big wedding at about 270 people. I definitely had wine taste but a beer budget. Tuscany offered affordable pricing for us so that I could get all I want and then some. The look of the hall was very opulent. They recently did some updating and I must say, I loved the venue beforehand but afterwards it was just spectacular. The reason I liked this venue so much is because of all the options that were available. I really did not have to go to any other vendors for things. They did it all. This I see in the long run was very helpful.
Employees: Ally was our initial contact. She was bubbly and enthusiastic. She gave us a tour of the hall and went over different pricing options. We, primarily, worked with Maria. She was a huge help to us during the whole process. She answered all questions and concerns. Lastly, Chris (the owner I believe) helped in putting the last details together. He even threw in some fabric that he had draped around the wall for free. Chris came and spoke to us during the reception to make sure we were all taken care of.
Food: Originally, I was skeptical about the food because they do not offer a taste testing. I read as many reviews as I could to find out what people really thought. My opinion is that it was good. We had the chicken, dressing, green beans, and red potatoes entrée. And, also, of course soup and salad. We had a desert table. This was a very colorful selection. We also had a late night snack. This was Beggars pizza. That was definitely great. Everyone loved that. The cake was pretty. We got a red velvet cake from one of their bakeries.

Very upsetting experience with the new owner and staff. This is not the Dinolfos that we all remembered. We had a wedding/​reception here. Staff was rude during take down procedure, practically running people over. New owner charges for any extra chairs that are needed even if it’s after dinner and the person is not eating. The owner especially is unbelievably rude and should not be in a customer service oriented industry. It had scam written all over it. It’s a shame to see this place go in this direction. Very unhappy and will no longer be recommending this venue to friends and family.

I truly hope that they unfilter all of the other reviews that tuscany falls has because we are all in agreement… this place is phenomenal! My husband and I renewed our vows and chose Tuscany Falls as our venue. We knew of them because of our bakery and having worked with them in the past. I cannot express how delighted i am to give them this review because they are deserving of it and more! The entire night i wanted to make sure that my guests knew just how magnificent everyone was. From the owner Chris, who was amazing, to the coordinators and serving staff, everyone was so helpful. The venue is absolutely beautiful and they really do work hard to make sure your event goes perfectly. All of the updates are beautiful and the private courtyards are that finishing touch that really sets them a part from everyone else. Chris walked around to each table to make sure everyone was enjoying the night and even shared a laugh or two with them. My guests were simply smitten with him and the rest of the staff. If you have an event please please give it to them because you will not regret it! Love you guys and gals!

I wish we could put more stars then 5! We looked long and hard before we decided on Tuscany Falls! I am super glad we did! We walked in without an appointment and they had no problem sitting down with us and going over everything. The updates they made to the hall are beautiful, they now have floor to ceiling windows and private courtyards. They walked us through how our reception would go step by step and patiently answered any questions we had. I at first had reservations about not being able to test the food or the cake before the reception. But I shouldn’t have worried, the food was outstanding! The staff were very accommodating, I had quite a few guests with food allergies (milk, soy, gluten and mushrooms) and even though we picked family style, our food allergy guests received plated allergy-​free meals! Everyone loved the meals and no one had any reactions! The cake was amazing! And Beautiful! Everything was in place when we arrived and even ran through a checklist with my Maid of Honor at the end of the night so we could be assured we left with everything we came with. The owner, Chris, came around multiple times during the night to ask us how things were going and if he could do anything to make our night better. We were blown away by the attentiveness from him and the rest of the staff at Tuscany Falls! The other concern I had about booking is there usually are at least 3 weddings there the same night. I was worried that you would hear music from the other rooms. But NOPE! It honestly felt like we were the only people in the entire place! They helped make our wedding a huge success! I couldn’t have imagined a better place!

Just had our wedding there June 20^th and absolutely loved it! The food was great. We had the chicken (amazing), sliced beef, and cheese ravioli. The tables and decorations looked amazing. Everyone had a great time. The owner (mr. Dinolfo) even went around and made sure everyone was having a great time and even was helping clean up. Great guy. Highly recommend! They even made sure we didn’t leave anything. Even the planning process they made it so easy and clear of how everything would move along. You can really feel that it is family owned and they care so much about their customers. We will come back for our wedding anniversary!

I’m putting five stars only because I can’t put more.
My wife and I had our wedding reception at Tuscany Falls nearly a month ago, and we could not have had a better experience. When we were shopping around for venues, we went in without an appointment and Chris sat with us for over an hour going over everything we needed to know– from minimum number of people to different chair covers. They set up a very easy-​to-​follow payment plan and took care of EVERYTHING. During their recent construction, they maintained total transparency, encouraging us to stop by any time to see how it was coming along. The night of the reception, everything was in place well before we got there, and one of the servers came up to my wife and me and told us that if we needed anything, to let her know. She was our liaison to Chris, the DJ, the videographer, the photographer, or anyone else. They really made everything as easy as possible.
My wedding day was special, but it was made even more special by Tuscany Falls Banquets. They are, without a doubt, the best in the area!
