We took our son here on Veterans Day(Monday), hoping that it wouldn’t be too crowded. Got there right when it opened at 10am. It was $ 10 for two hours of play, and parents play free. Overall, I was impressed with the place. It was clean and there were attendants stationed at each bounce house to keep an eye on the kiddos. Parents were allowed to go in as well which was nice as my son had just turned two and needed a bit of assistance on the ladders. There were plenty of kids there but it didn’t seem cramped or crowded. The variety of different bounce houses kept the kids entertained, and they even had one just for toddlers, which we appreciated. This place would be quite expensive if you’ve got more than two kids, but my son had a blast and we would definitely go again. We took a peek into the birthday rooms and they aren’t anything special. The packages seemed overpriced as well. Good thing he won’t be asking for a real party for a few more years.

This place is fabulous! We actually saw live music there on a Sunday… yes, live music while the kids jumped around. Something for parents and kids!!! A lot of jumping options and I am planning on having a party there this winter. I talked to the owner and he and his wife could not be more friendly… This location requires a little searching, but it is well worth it!!!

«Meh» is right. Jump Zone? PASS. We recently threw a small, seemingly private party for our daughter’s third birthday here at Jump Zone. We previously threw a birthday bash for our son at Pump It Up in Orland Park but decided to save a little cash and give Jump Zone a shot. It’s safe to say our business is going back to Pump It Up. Jump Zone, I am NOT impressed. So, what’s my hang up? Well, there are a couple sticking points that left us feeling a little sour. We were told – when we booked the party over a month in advance – that all the parties were private. And yes, it was private in the there-wasn’t-an-open-jump-taking-place kind of way. Unfortunately, there was another party going on and unlike Pump It Up, Jump Zone has one arena of inflatables. So we shared.(Sharing is, uh, not private, JZ.) While the other party was larger and the kids were older but nice enough all the same, my three year old is legally blind – hence the reason we wanted a private party so she could play without being trampled. We had roughly 25 minutes of solo time in the inflatable area. The music was BLASTING(and keep in mind all these places are already pretty loud due to the constant, well, inflating going on) and when we first arrived at JZ, all the tables were taken and we were left to scatter around on the benches. Also, the party coordinator was nice but the rest of the staff was wholly disinterested. There was basically no supervision in the inflatables arena, and the employees we did see«supervising» were a little… lackluster. The party room was… okay. The party coordinator offered to record the gifts being received, and while she did a passable job for the most part, she missed quite a bit. Leaving once the party was over felt like a full body sigh of relief. We didn’t have a lot of kids(like I said, my daughter is only three!) and had we invited more, I probably would’ve been a LOT more put out by our experience overall. The old«you-get-what-you-pay-for» adage is alive and well at Jump Zone. If you’re thinking of planning an inflatable-based bash, skip JZ and head to Pump It Up in Orland. You’ll save yourself quite the headache – figuratively and literally speaking.

This is a great place to take your kids to blow off energy for a good nights sleep(also a great indoor activity place during a string of rainy days). Simply put, this facility is a huge room(about 30 foot ceilings) with 6 complex inflatable jumping apparatus in it. The kids love jumping around, adults are welcome, socks are required, and the price is 8 dollars per child. 2 for 1 coupons and hours are available on-line.
