Amazing service! Had some work done on my E350 — Ken and his team went above and beyond and returned my car in better than new condition. Had to wait 2 weeks to get an appointment but it was well worth the wait! Highly recommend them!

I didn’t learn when I went I got my business degree that there comes a point where «there’s too much work» to get a quote. A QUOTE. Disappointed, turn away money consistently, good luck staying in business. I hope it was the owner at the desk because of you treat the potential money that goes in your pocket like that I hope you have a huge savings account. If it’s the employee, I hope you know that’s how your guys are running it.

After posting my previous review, I received a call from Ernie, one of the owners at Kruse Lucas. He apologized for the issues with my bumper cover work and offered to re-​do the job. Ernie personally handled my case, and dropped me off and picked me up from the car rental, which they fully paid for. Ernie personally reviewed the work and I am very happy with the results. Everything looks perfect and the color match is excellent.
Kruse Lucas stands by their work. It was a pleasant surprise that even though I gave up on them, they did not give up on me and made sure I left satisfied. With this kind of service, I would definitely recommend Kruse Lucas. Thank you, Ernie, for making things right!

Sad to say but my vehicle needed body repairs twice in one year 6 months apart (both incidents not at fault). I had been searching around for a body/​paint shop that catered to luxury vehicles and I was surprisingly referred to Ernest at Kruse Lucas from a paint shop. The first accident I was T-​boned and Kruse Lucas did an outstanding job matching my exact color and repairing the damage (granted I needed a new door). Upon pickup I noticed they waxed and detailed my car inside and out and even removed some blemishes around my vehicle at no extra cost. The customer service was pleasant and the warranty guarantees paint job for 10yrs. So why wouldn’t I use them the second time around? The second incident was more stressful due to the other parties insurance adjusters and appraisers not returning phone calls and pushed my 1 week repairs out past a month. The exceptional customer service came into play this time because Ernest kept on top of the insurance adjuster and appraisers to make sure they understood everything that needed to be covered by them. His common courtesy put less stress on me and he bore the cross of stress while he went back and forth with them l. but kept me updated every week on the status and I couldn’t ask for a better business than that. At the second pickup I’m still amazed at the wax job and attention to detail. The insurance claimed that their driver was not responsible for a scratch i claimed and would not be covering it (even though it wasn’t there because Kruse Lucas repaired that side 6 months prior) but that didn’t stop Ernest from buffing it out for me at no additional cost. In conclusion I would recommend anyone looking for great customer service, trusted repairs, and great warranty for your luxury imports bring your business to Kruse Lucas to see Ken or Ernest. I will be using them for any future repairs for accidents or hobby pickups.

Not sure where to start. To be honest people make mistakes but I feel one too many bad/​negative things happened when I brought my car here for collision repair. First I brought them my car clean (almost immaculate had hand washed/​waxed and detailed the interior day before my accident). When I got it back it was half a** washed and messy inside. When you tell a customer come get your car tomorrow (the day after repairs were completed) so they can have time to detail it, dirty rims and paint, dusty trunk, and dirty floor mats from your employees not cleaning up after them selves is kinda ridiculous. I would have rather got it back a day earlier and cleaned it up myself. Next who ever played drag a** on my leather seats did more damage to my upholstery in 4 weeks then I’ve done to my own car having owed it for 5 years thanks! Lastly having to take my car in 4 times after initial repairs were made to fix an issue that should have been rectified the first maybe the second re-​visit is kind of ridiculous. I know all cars are different so things take a little patience but that was a big of a waste of my time. As a side note not being in the automotive collision repair business if your customer can spot your overspray (which there was a little bit of) you guys clearly aren’t paying attention. Overall I’m not satisfied with my experience if insurance had not been the one to pay the bill I would be giving them one star. Do your customers a favor coach your employees on how to treat your customers car and thoroughly inspect it before releasing it to the customer.

I have used this shop twice. Both times they took more than double the length of time they said they would. This most recent time they didn’t even do all the work they said they would do. I hear they have a good reputation, but you can’t prove it by me. I have a higher-​end car that will never see this place again.

Recently, Kruse Lucas Body & Paint repaired the quarter panel and rear bumper cover on my 2012 Subaru Impreza. After 40 years of selling automotive paint, before my retirement last year, I have seen literally thousands of repairs and could pretty much spot a repair no matter how well done it was. Kruse Lucas knocked this one out of the park as the repair is virtually undetectable.
The owner and all of the employees are professional, courteous, and friendly.
I definitely endorse and recommend this business!

My dad was in a pretty bad accident in his Lexus that the insurance company almost wanted the car totalled. Even though it took nearly two months to fix, the car looked completely new! Definitely worth the wait.

The only thing worse than getting in an accident is the repair that inevitably follows. Frustration, bullshit, disappointment… But not at Kruse Lucas .
I freeking love these guys. Three times I’ve had work done Every time the results were stellar. Ernest is the best paint and body repair man there is and he’s passed his talent on to his staff.. It’s a fast paced shop, without a bunch of administrative layers they’re clearly focused in the work itself, not on bilking adjusters. My 2012 Toyota highlander limited was hit in a parking lot front passenger door. The adjuster from the ladies insurance company told Ernest to bondo the door. The first thing Ernest did was no we are replacing the door they went back and forth at the end of the day Ernest got them to pay for a new door. After replacing the door and painted and blend the car paint together I couldn’t tell we the car was hit. The best part I pulled the car fax report and it show the car was in accident and door was replaced. I will never go any ware but Kruse Lucas body & paint even if I move. Thank you guy for the best honest work. I give the highest level of excellent.

I dont know where to begin… 10 yrs ago i got into a car accident and took my car there to get fixed. They did an amazing job, well 10 yrs later the clear coat on my hood is beginning to chip. I never thought in a million years they would still be responsible for it. I took my car in to them and they pulled up my file and said that they would get right on top of it. All along i thought i was up the creek, they so made my day…
