Jamba Juice

This place is just like every other Jamba Juice location, super busy and way too overpriced for basic fruit smoothies. All in all, this is an ok place to grab a quick refreshment, the staff is courteous and quick with their drink orders. Also, I love that they play music that suits the crowd, a lot of locations have mainstream music on the speakers, but this place has a decent latin playlist on repeat.

They had very quick service and the girls were very friendly. The place itself was clean and in a nice location downtown. My drunk was yummy as always.

I have had two bad experiences with this location. The first, the cash register system locked the employees out so they literally told us that they just had to shut down right then and there so we had to leave and find lunch else where. The second, I came in with a friend of mine. There were two flies flying around inside and there was a snail on the wall by the door. There was a gnat inside the glass case where the food is kept. The only food that was left in the case was one waffle. We asked if there were and pretzels or tomato twists and they said that they were frozen in the back. So we left and got lunch else where again. This location should step it up because the other locations do not have these problems!

Both times I came here they were short handed and had a trainee who didn’t know how to do anything. Train your people properly. Two different trainees. They were so slow and asked twenty questions of coworker to fill one simple drink order. Ridiculous

Sooo much better than the one on Orangeburg. These people seem to appreciate the customers and they love their job (: love it.

So I ordered a drink that I had ordered before but when I got it I wasn’t totally in love with the flavor. The employees there were so awesome not only did they remake me a drink, they made a special concoction to help me get exactly the taste I was looking for!

I think it’s a great testament to the Jamba brand that no matter where in the country I am I get great service and a consistently good product.

I love Jamba juice! My order is usually the way I order it here. Sometimes it varies from sweet to tart but I like it.
Half the time I come here with my bf & more than half the time they get his order wrong. I’m not one of those mean customers. I usually feel sorry when I bring it to their attention. After awhile I didn’t feel sorry anymore because their attitude about it is horrible! He orders the same exact thing every time and we go in there 3 – 4 times a week during the summer!
And according to my bf at the time they’re much chattier and much more friendly when I’m not with him… which I don’t mind, I’m in customer service so I understand but whether it be a guy & a girl, a guy & a guy, or a girl and a girl you don’t chat to one person and not acknowledge the other. its rude.
It’s pretty roomy in there, more than enough room when it gets busy. other Jambas are kinda smaller…
Parking is on the street so sometimes it’s hard to find parking but I love that you can phone in your order so if you’re with a buddy you can drop them off to pick up the smoothie, go around the block once and you’re off.

What can i say if you have been to one Jamba juice you have been to them all. This one however is downtown right next door to brendan movie theaters so its not the most convenient location but hey it serves its purpose…
