Was craving Jamba Juice, just wasn’t sure what I wanted. Mike at the counter made some suggestions, and I finally decided on the Matcha Green Tea, yummy. My drink was made pretty quickly, given the long line at lunch time. The place is kept clean and smells delicious!

I come here every now and then and tonight I just was caught off guard. Before walking in you can see it’s obvious one of the workers are there hanging out with the workers. No biggie. We come in and she helps right away. I didn’t like being rushed. She kept asking what can I get for you and we were clearly still looking. She gave off a rude attitude and didn’t even let me know my transaction was done. She just handed me my card after swiping it and walked away. I was expecting a receipt but didn’t want to deal with her any more. Learn what good customer service is. My smoother was great.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The girls at the counter can be rude sometimes, but never to the point where I refuse to come back. I could live on the drinks if I could afford them 24/​7, but for now I choose this location to treat my self to a yummy drink

They make you wait for the large orders to go first, and don’t let you know that it will be a little longer, then give you attitude when you ask them how long it will be. I understand being busy, but I don’t understand the unprofessional attitude and the need to make short orders wait longer. Do not come in here if you’re in a hurry, and certainly don’t ask how long they will be. I waited almost 15 minutes for my drink by the way.

I went to pick of breakfast for myself and a friend today before a road trip. They were out of the chicken chorizo wraps before 9AM so I decided to get oatmeals instead. Well they were out of that too… Bummer. So I just left without anything. It seems like they are always running out of things at this location. Try the Jamba Juice downtown or the Pelandale location instead if you are really craving it. They usually have everything.

Orange dream machine is my crack, but another thing that always draws me back to this location is the customer service. Mason always greets me with a smile and is always very pleasant to interact with. I have always left this location a happy camper.

This is our go to Jamba when we are craving a smoothie and don’t want to do it at home. I’ve never had a bad one at all. All the flavors are yummy! Recently when I went I ordered 3 drinks. One was a child’s drink that comes in a child size cup, which my daughter loves! The girl putting the drinks in our cups asked me if I wanted my daughters extra smoothie. I said sure and she put it in another cup. It was like a whole other cup full. SCORE for my daughter. I thought that was super awesome that she offered me the rest, I’m sure she would of just tossed the rest. I love their deals that they have all the time too. Coupons and free smoothies for the kiddos this Sat.

The staff here is nice, and the store is usually very clean. I am loving the new refreshers line made with coconut water. And I always grab a chicken smokehouse flatbread when I go in for lunch. The flatbread with a 16 oz. mango refreshers is like 500 calories. AWESOME.

the girls working were very nice and friendly however my drink wasnt made so great. it was slightly bland and there was tons of fruit chunks at the bottom.
