Fast Track Carwash

Today on 5÷29÷15 we brought out car in to get a wash and received RUDE service and the workers SHUT THE VACUUMS OFF ON US!
There was two young guys and a girl working the car wash (wish I could’ve gotten names, however the young lady had dirty blonde hair with black glasses on and hair up in a pony tail)
Anyways they failed to tell us they were closing in 15 minutes, we got a «BEST» Wash and coming out the car wash we pulled up to the vacuums closest to Oakdale Road. One of the guys working came out and mentioned that they had already turned of the vacuums in the back but that we could use the vacuums in the front instead because they were still turned on.
So we moved, then 5 mins in and half way through our vacuum they shut off the vacuums on us!
So when I went to ask them to turn it back on for a few minutes more the girl working right away had a defensive attitude and said «We are closed we turn off the vacuums at 8:05! And just kept repeating that she can’t do anything for us!» (In a very rude tone)
I mentioned it would have been nice for them to inform us that we would only be able to wash and not vacuum since they were about to close, heck we could’ve went to another car wash that is open 24 hours (ex: Sparkles Auto & Pet Wash)
Which is also where I had to go to pay $ 3 extra to finish the other half of my car!
Bottom line is the service was very rude! They could have informed us that they were about to close, or at least have the time posted! Next time I’ll skip the waste of money and just wash my car at Sparkles!
The employees could also use some customer service training!

The place lives up to its name. I have to travel back and forth from Modesto to SF so I constantly have to deal with the dirt that my poor car has to pick up every week. Came across this place on accident. $ 7 for a good quick service? Heck yeah!

First I want to say the owner Mike was very helpful on a situation that happen with my side mirror. He was willing to take care of it however, due to him being so gracious my husband and I didn’t find it worth changing. Eric is another great guy. I appreciate I can get my car wash in their location since my Mercedes sits so low.

I always go to this particular carwash. Gets my car sparkling clean every time. Vacuums are free. Workers are friendly

Just like the name says «fast» track carwash. We needed to get my car all fresh and clean before heading to Vegas. Price is cheap and its definitely fast. Drive through the carwash come out the guy waiting does a quick wipe down and then we drive over to the vacuum area to do the inside. Yup now that’s a fast go on then out carwash within minutes.

There are now four different car wash levels: $ 6, $ 8, $ 10, $ 12. With the purchase of a wash, you will also receive: a free vacuum time, a cloth to wipe down your dashboard (during the wash), and they have someone at the end of the wash to wipe down any remaining water spots. The best part? You get the 10^th car wash free!
