Walmart is Walmart. Depending on the time you go, the lines are going to be long. So it’s no different here. They have what I need when I want it and I appreciate that fact. Plus this one is open 24 hours, so even if I feel like lasagna at 3am I can scoot right in and raid the freezer section. The staff is pretty nice at this location, compared to others I have been to before.

8pm and no lanes open. really? And all the employees seemed sooo happy to be there. But this walmart has no selection whatsoever. The one time i try to cook they don’t even have what i need. Seems like they rarely stock up on anything too. I should have went to HEB.

Ok everyone knows that you don’t go to Walmart for their excellent customer service but come’on man! Enough said!

This place is hit and miss. Most of the time I can use the self checkout and avoid all the incompetent employees that you find lurking in the dark corners after searching for 10 minutes if you ever needed one. You can come here almost any night of the week and the entire parking lot is littered and shopping carts are everywhere. While employees hang out in a little pow-wow near their cars. Huge management issues here. You could hire 5 good employees and pay them double the wages and out do 15 of the people who work this store.

Not bad. I never go to Wal-Mart. Came here with family members and watched them buy things here. Once you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all

It’s been about a month since I stopped going to this location. But I recently returned here to shop. The shelves are stocked fully now! It’s about time! There were about 3 employees hanging near the entrance still chatting and not working, but otherwise I see other associates working around the store. More registers need to be open for customers when needed, like at Kroger. I heard there was a change in management. Maybe that’s why it’s a little better? Giving one more star because of the stocked shelves. Need more open registers & also those 3 associates… Smh.

I guess we don’t go to Walmart looking for quality. But OMG I wish somebody could take pride in their work. More employees than you can shake a stick at but no one doing anything. You just have to love the answer hey I’m busy. I didn’t forget about you. Amazon has nothing to worry about from online shopping at Walmart. This is the time I’ll try this.

I’m generally not a big fan of walmart, but have made a few stops here when necessary. The thing that is the biggest downside to me is the horrible and rude attitude of the workers here. There was a day we were making a return of a bike seat that we didn’t like and had to wait 15 minutes for the lady to get to us because she was complaining about another customer to her co-worker. We found that to be so incredibly unprofessional! Also, their PA system is so annoying — we were there for a while one day checking out their bikes and their PA announcements were happening one after another and they all had to do with asking employees to get«back» to their stations. The annoying beep before the announcement gave me a headache! We’re definitely going to be sticking with Target whenever we can.

Much like the Walmart in the Heights that everyone loves to hate, this store was intended to be an upscale Walmart and is intended to get business from Sienna Plantation. It doesn’t stock as much stuff as the one a few miles down highway 6 because they want to keep the riff-raff out, or so the legend in the neighborhood goes. When it first opened, it seemed like Walmart had turned over a new leaf, especially compared to the ghetto fabulous Walmart down the road(you know, the one that looked like it needed a new coat of paint a day after it remodeled). Everyone at the new store was friendly and offering to help, aisles were wide and not cluttered, and shopping there was almost as pleasant as a trip to Target. Apparently, not enough of Sienna has come to visit, and Bentonville has seemingly decided to cheap out this store. The aisles are now jam-packed full of junk so you can’t get a cart though without bumping into something. The staff has been cut back dramatically, and the few people that remain couldn’t care less if you need help finding something. If they run the air conditioning at all, it’s set to keep the store noticeably warm in the summer, and the end result is you can’t wait to get out of the store. The average difference in cost between this Walmart and the Target down the street is about $ 0.20 per item. It’s worth spending the extra 20 cents to shop at Target.
