This is my second time at QT for a pedicure and Vivian was great both times. She takes her time and is detailed, very sweet and gives good service. I have been very pleased with both experiences.

Horrible horrible. The male nail tech noT sure what his name was did sooooo horrible! He did not clean/cut my cuticles and did not even file my nails evenly. When it was time to polish the polish dried on my 4^th toe so he went to grab a DIFFERENT BRAND SIMILAR to my color and i had to bring up if it was even the same color?! While polishing he was getting polish all over my skin. Yes I know it happens and they clean up after but EVERY TOE?! As he was starting on my next foot he couldn’t seem to polish correctly so I stopped him and requested him to just erase my polish and just to leave it bare. I can do a better job on myself and I am not even certified. I cannot believe it! He didn’t even have courtesy to offer someone else to polish or give a discount. I will NOT BE BACK.

Ask to try the shellac that changes colors depending on your body temperature! Mine changed from dark gray to light grey without provocation. Ask for Myra. She’s always there & such a hard worker.

I had the worse experience I have ever had today with nail tech Amy. As many times as I have had my nails done I have never had it hurt so much. Amy did not do a proper nail removal process of the powder on my natural nail and regardless of how many times I told he that it hurt she kept coming back and doing the same thing again. Then told me «it will be alright» After telling her too many times that she was hurting me I finally told her I no longer wanted to get my nails done. End result of my natural nails… hole in my thumb nail (which is now sore) which is also cut down too low and two nails are split. She even counted the nails that she messed up. Beyond pissed

I love this place! T and Joanna are amazing. I’m always pleased when I leave. I usually thread my eyebrows but when T waxes them I am extremely pleased. One stop for nails, toes, and eyebrows.

I have been visiting QT Nails for the past 6 weeks since I relocated to Texas. My two previous services were OK, but my last refill was truly bad. My tech was Joana, and within 3 days, my fill began to chip off. It’s been 5 days since my fill and I have three nails that have chipped. I have an important meeting on Thursday, so I am going to look elsewhere for better results. I hate throwing money away…

This establishment is in a great location for me. It’s like right up the street for me. The prices are actually pretty reasonable. They are pretty clean and decorated pretty decent. Their pedi range from average $ 25 – 45. I have been here 3x since they opened. I do wish they had more opi colors. I also wish they had more choices of the scrub they use on your legs. The pedi was great, need to last a little longer. They pay attention to making sure you feet are smooth. The staff is pretty nice and most speak pretty good English. I will be coming back here for more pedicures.

The nail tech I’ve used for years moved to a less convenient location. This place was close to my house and I was in a rush. I got to the Salon minutes after they opened and waited about 40 for service. The tech was apparently running late. After about 30 min in the waiting are I was put in a pedi chair and told to just soak my feet until the tech arrived. That was about 10 more minutes…
The pedicure ended up being great. Not as long as my favorite spot where they use a timer, but it was good. The nail tech was very friendly and we had a good chat. I wasn’t crazy about my full set as it was thicker than I’m used to and the shape wasn’t as sleek as I like. I’d consider going back in a pinch but it wouldn’t be my first choice.

Great customer service. My daughter and granddaughter and I came for pedicures. My daughter also had a manicure. Excellent job. Love this place. I live in Chicago and I will definitely be back here on my return
