Horrible service. The technician/owner Bill came so late to address the issue of why we are not getting enough hot air on first floor. He was rude, did not even come inside the house and at the front door said he can’t do anything! He was dispatched by fidelity home warranty. I complained to fidelity home warranty and they dispatched different company whose tech came, spent an hour and fixed the problem perfect. Will NOT recommend this company.

Fidelity Home Warranty dispatched this vendor to investigate a heating issue. The technician arrived on time. He was professional, courteous and very fair and honest in his assessment of my system. In future, I will direct all my HVAC needs to WM Paslay.

Thermostat was broken. Bill(the owner) came out, was very polite and obviously knowledgeable. Replaced the thermostat in about 15 minutes, showed us how it worked and was on his way. Honest, Punctual, Skilled. Would absolutely use again.

I was very impressed with Bill Paslay Heating Air & Electric. My home owners warranty insurance sent them and I’m glad they did. They scheduled the appointment for the day I called, arrived promptly, and found the problem after a short inspection. Bill’s son came back the following day to fix my problem. He took his time to explain what he did and inspected everything to make sure my furnace was in good working order. I will be using them for routine maintenance in the future. I like that they are a small family run business because they really care about their customers.

My heater went out this season and so my warranty service sent Bill Paslay out. It was fixed well. The technician was the son of Bill, and was very professional, polite, and appeared honest. I was so pleased that I had to get on here to write about it. My heater is working great and I will update this if things change.

Bill, the technician came to my townhouse on 6⁄28 to fix my AC. It turns out I had frozen it by turning it down too low and keeping it running. OOPS! He told me that the unit was ok and made sure that my unit was large enough to handle my square footage. He was very nice and informative. He told me to keep my AC on 75 to keep it from overworking and also told me what type of filter to buy for my allergies and how often to replace it. He was very kind and helpful and very great with my dog. Very Great representative of the company.
