I have come here multiple times and have received excellent service every time. I always book my appointments with Jessica, and she is very thorough and detailed on my gel nails. She gives excellent hand massages too. You will not be disappointed if you see Jessica for your nails. I love this place!

Love this nail salon! I moved to MV and needed a new nail place. I love the environment, very upscale and not a mom and pop shop at all. The ladies are all very nice and they have a rewards program for regulars which a love.

Went here last week because I got a gift card. Disappointed in the pricing especially since my step mom received the regular pedicure and I got an upgraded $ 32 pedicure and there was no difference that I could tell… If anything she got a longer massage. The actual pedicure was not great, they didn’t push down my cuticles, didn’t file my nails, and didn’t trim much off even though I asked. The paint job was pretty bad too, you can visibly see the 2 layers of polish. I give them 2 stars because the place is nice and the people were nice as well… The pedicure was not. Not worth your money.

This place is amazing. I have never been dissatisfied here. Lina is the BEST at gel manicures and Mia does fantastic pedicures. It is exceptionally clean, and anyone who says otherwise is lying or blind. It is extremely clean, not one clipping on the floor; I love how they wrap each pedicure bowl in plastic for extra protection after scrubbing the bowl with disinfectant and brush. More than sufficient color options. Everyone is friendly and helpful and it far surpasses any other typical nail salon. If that doesn’t sway you, then let me point out that I live in downtown LA and drive here every two weeks for my Lina and Mia time. I have never found a place that is better or even equal.

Great value, mindful of timing and always long lasting fun nails. Love my gels!

Mia did a great job doing my gel pedicure and Hanna was meticulous with my beautiful rockstar manicure!
I was there for almost an hour which I was very pleased with because I received exceptional service from both girls!
The hot gel exfoliation followed by the mask and hot oil massage were amazing!
Will be going back to these two girls for my next appointment for sure!

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here a couple weeks ago… it was super expensive. So i thought since prices were so high I would at least see why, they probably are special or do something different than other salons.nope. They didn’t have anything that I couldn’t find at another Salon. Even worse, I don’t think they sterilized their tools. For $ 60 you would think they could spend a few minutes before each customer in a heat sterilization but no! A day or 2 later cuticles on my hands started peeling then the skin on my toes started peeling… gross! Everyone I talked to said it was probably from an unclean tool… I put antifungal cream on and it’s going away now. but I would suggest finding another Salon that’s cheaper because you don’t get anything more for your $ here

I would say this place is a bit overpriced, yes. However, they always do a good job on my nails, I’ve never received poor service and my nails last longer than mani and pedis I have had at other salons. I have called them 25 minutes before closing before and been able to get a gel fill in and pedicure with no problem. They stayed open an hour after they were supposed to close just to assist me. Most places would have asked me to come in the following day instead. So 4 stars, for continuous great service, upkeep of the salon and a good job on my nails.

Got my nails done here as a pre-​wedding get together with the bride&bridesmaids, closed the shop for a couple of hours to accommodate our group, they did a great job with the girls nails, quality service from all the technicians that were in that day. S/​o to Tanya for really taking her time with my nails, they lasted three weeks! I came right back to get my nails done again before going on vacation.

I came here with a couple girlfriends to get a gel pedicure — granted everyone was friendly to an extent and the layout of the place was modern and cute.
I sat in my chair getting my feet tended to when my friend whispers to me that it’s $ 45 bucks for a gel pedicure! I was completely shocked! $ 45 bucks?!? For a simple gel pedicure?! I’ve never paid that much in my life for a gel pedicure WITHOUT design.
The lady was already working on my feet so I felt bad and couldn’t tell her to stop. She and the other lady’s also heard us and was trying to explain that gel is really good and lasts a long time, and they do a really good job, that’s why it’s expensive. Yo lady– I know what it is and how long they last. And you better do a bomb job if I’m dropping that much money!
Anyways, When she put my foot in the machine, she ended up hitting my foot and scrapped some of the polish off. When I told her, she blamed me for moving my feet too much. What the heck?! I just told you that you hit the machine on my foot! She also told me to turn off the massage chair cause it was vibrating too much and she couldn’t paint my toes. You kidding me? You might as well have me sit in a regular chair, don’t know why my friends were able to use their massage chair through the entire process.
I ended up paying over $ 55 bucks for a sloppy gel pedicure. lots of red polish on my skin and a lot of it bled into the crevice of my nail/​skin.
My friend also got cut and was bleeding. Scary much?!
Even if I had the money, I wouldn’t come back.

Terrible service.
First off, I can’t speak for this whole establishment, but the woman I had doing my nails & the women in charge of the front desk were confused, to say the least.
When i asked for simple alterations and little fixes, it took at least 3 people to translate the message.
In the end i wasn’t satisfied, told the manager, & showed her the picture my nail stylist was trying to copy. She and another woman simply said «oh, we cant make the design look that clean & polished, its impossible.» After 10 minutes of trying to explain that it didn’t meet my standards, she finally gave me a $ 5 discount.
Oh, & when she lowered the price she said, «is that what you wanted? Are you happy now?» In the most rude, & condescending tone.
On the other hand, my friend’s nails were very beautiful! :-)

Lovely atmosphere from the moment I walked in. Everyone was so nice and they really took their time on your service. It’s very reasonably priced for the quality of service you get. Can’t wait to return!

Love this place! obsessed with the Rockstar nails. The place is always clean, love the music videos they play and staff does a good job, and always nice and accommodating.

I went in with my girlfriend and was welcomed by a huge smile from the red haired girl, I believe her name was natasha. She had the best customer service and made me feel comfortable. I thought going in with my lady would be awkward but I was wrong! Great experience!

Stopped by Cosmo Nail Bar & Organic Spa as I was in the area and wanted to get a nice mani/​pedi for a trip. I got a French mani on both my fingers and toes and went with the gel polish. It’s been 3 weeks now and my nails still look excellent and chip free — — a great compliment given that I work on a computer and I can be rough on my nails.
Both the mani and pedi were fantastic — — I was there at 10;30 on a Sunday morning and the entire experience was very relaxing, with a comfy spa chair, lavender-​infused lotions on my hands and arms and a calming massage on my feet and calves. Both ladies, Lena and Jessica, were friendly and politely chatted with me during my treatment.
The only potential negative is the cost which was more than I planned on spending. I was upsold on a more deluxe pedi treatment and while it’s not something I would do on a regular basis because of the cost, it’s definitely worth it as a treat. And I will definitely be back to get my hands polished and painted on a more regular basis!

I’ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience. I’ve had most of the women and they are all very good: Rosie, Quinn, Laura. I always call first, just to make sure it’s a good time. I love Madison, the weekend receptionist. She always offers me something to drink, and I just enjoy chatting with her.
My gel manicure lasts almost 4 weeks. #3. It says Emerald on the bottle but it’s a gorgeous sparkly silver. I always get compliments on the color.
Regular pedicure. You can upgrade for a nice leg massage.
It’s not inexpensive but I feel it’s worth it since I can go so many weeks in between. They will do a color change for $ 10.00. I always go over price if I’m unsure and they have cards printed up with their packages.
This is a lovely salon and all the women work very hard, often late and some holidays.

I’ve never been one to enjoy getting my nails done, but as I’m getting older, I enjoy having an hour or two to myself without any children/​spouse to bother me. I found Cosmo on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. It’s close to where I live and I figured, «Why not?»
It’s clean, well maintained and all the girls are super sweet. I go using both appointments and walk ins. I think I once waited ten minutes when I was a walk in. It can get very busy on weekends, so I recommend booking an appointment then.
The color selection is great. They have rock star manicures that are done with sparkles (if sparkles are your thing) I like getting ONE sparkly nail sometimes. I’ve never had any problem here. My gel manicures last a MINIMUM of two weeks. I once had one go 4 weeks with no chipping (and no special care from my end. I’m brutally harsh on manicures!). Prices are average. They lowered the cost of their gel manicure from $ 35 to $ 30.
The thing I loved most is the girls. I brought my visiting grandmother in and every single time I go, they ask after her. When she came for another visit (a year later), she was SHOCKED that they remembered her. They are always friendly and make great conversation. I have even started to let them to my feet (I hate having my feet touched and they are very good about it for me). They paint my nails and trim them for me and it looks lovely every single time.
I know they offer other services — including massage and hair removal.

If your in the mood for pampering, this is the place to come to. Must get your nails done with Rosie, she is seasoned and does an amazing job! Love getting the Rock Star Gel nails.

I feel like I am perpetually on the hunt for a nail salon that is up to par to the one that I used to frequent in San Diego (Lulu’s).
Pros: This salon is well decorated and I liked that they didn’t have a strong odor of chemicals.
Cons: I called to make an appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist didn’t remember that I called or who I was (mind you it was an hour prior). I feel like I was very strongly upsold on a basic mani/​pedi and couldn’t say no enough. Being in sales, I can absolutely appreciate that they are trying to get as much money out of me as possible, but I came to the nail salon to relax and be pampered and this process tarnished that and put me off. I almost felt that the upsell was pushed on me and I didn’t really want this, but couldn’t get them to stop pushing. After leaving, I spent upwards of $ 80 for a mani pedi that lasted 3 days. I will not be returning to this salon and feel that I wasted hard earned money here.
