My wife and i recently purchased an used Volvo from this dealership and we were both very impressed. Mike and Sam were both very helpful, took the time to find ways and offer us a good deal on my wife’s trade in, was able to work on pricing and we got her the car. The entire process took about 2 hours and that’s only because we had to go to their off-​site lot to see the car.
I was impressed with Mike because he did not act as your usual car sales guy, yes we know he has to make a buck but he was not pushy about his offers which is why we decided on the spot to buy the car.
Service:
2 weeks after purchasing my wife’s car, i was due for scheduled maintenance on my Volvo so i decided to bring it here because Mike had introduced me to Dan (service manager) when we purchased her car. Dan was incredibly helpful, respectful, attentive and he likes to talk Volvo which i’m all about. Even though my local dealer is about 12 miles closer to me, i see myself coming here for service and future purchases because these folks make you feel at home, not a stranger in a store.
Keep up the good work.

Outstanding customer experience with purchase of new 2016 XC90 and service on my 2007 XC70.
We have had extensive experience to qualify this review. Between my husband and I, we have had over 10 new car or CPO purchases from dealers. We have also had these cars and hand me down cars serviced at dealers and at outside repair shops in Seattle, Berkeley, Boston, Vancouver B.C., and in O.C. We understand luxury import cars are more expensive to repair, so we don’t expect to pay the same as repairs to the more practical family or commuter cars. Dealer repairs will always cost more for a reason. Their techs have all the resources (ex. updated technicians and in stock parts) on your car, so some issues are really better to bring to a dealer to fix. A rip off is getting my Volvo serviced at a Volvo specialist in Irvine, getting quoted over dealer price ($ 4k above actual repair cost done at a family friend’s shop). Specifically@this 60k service they charged$ 110 just to pull a fuse. Told him what to do, so a diagnostic charge wasn’t an explanation for cost to lower my defunct nav system based on my online research nor was it labor cost because the fuse wasn’t hidden in a hard to reach space. As an added insult, they swapped my plate frame for theirs without asking first.
It is fitting that my first review is for something I feel strongly about. Car safety is priceless and I’m thankful of finding a place to take care of us for the long term.

So, their service manager loudly harangues me on the phone for posting the previous negative Unilocal review, and doesn’t even try to find a solution to the problem we have. Someone else from this company publicly responds and admits they did come up short on my experience yet there has been no apology or offer for any recompense for the unnecessary work they said they did.
That shows deceit, greed, and apathy towards their clientele, and no chance of my removing my posting or ever advocating this firm to anyone.

Recently completed the purchase of a 2015 S60 T6. Details on the experience:
1. This place is brand new and a little disorganized. I think they’re working out the kinks of getting the business up and running. Nice dealership, though.
2. The original S60 I wanted to purchase was sold a day before I was supposed to come down and get it. If you see a car you like, make an offer on it quickly. They seem to want to get volume out ASAP. Ordinarily I would be upset about this, but I liked the S60 I ended up purchasing so much better that it didn’t bother me.
3. I noticed a defect on my tire, and the dealership replaced it for me at no cost, as well as detailed my vehicle. Also, some of the spare tire kit components were missing, and those were replaced. STELLAR experience with the service department who not only detailed my car but also drove it to me when I had to leave for a meeting.
4. Perhaps what I liked most about this place was the opportunity to deal without a middle man. I was interested in a Volvo at another dealership, but my frustration mounted after the back-​and-​forth between the middle man and the financer, so this dealership provided a nice alternative to that model.
5. I got a great price on both my vehicle and my trade-​in.
All in all, I felt the general buying experience went smoothly and I would definitely buy another Volvo from this location.

Buy your next Volvo from Scott Garlock. He’s a car enthusiast and he’s not going to be pushy. Buying my xc90 from him was one of the easiest experiences I’ve had without the usual hassle.
Looking forward to seeing how Volvo Service is after owning other luxury cars.
11/​19/​2016 — just had great service from the Service Manager Dan. My wife was really impressed with how well they took care of her. Looks like the issues were minor. Great job Dan!

So we made the big move from NYC to California and needed to buy a car. We came 1 hour before closing and David Corgan made sure we completely happy with our experience. Awesome deal on my V60 and he even offered to pick us up from the airport when we officially moved a month later. Volvo had my car cleaned and prepped when we arrived with all the bells and whistles. Talk about great customer service! Totally would recommend to anyone looking for an easy going experience with car buying.

On Aug 30, we leases a Volvo S60 2015.5 model, a great car, from Mr. David Corgan, the Internet sales director, and financed (paper work mainly) with Mr. Mitch Stayberg, the sales manager. Both are very nice and professional. They were certainly busy but patient too, not just in dealing with us the paper works, but also explaining the difference between leasing and buying. We emailed David and got the quote back in 10 minutes, and follow-​up calls in the same morning. We drove their from Ranch Bernardo, but it is worthy it as they were very efficient and honest. The quote is the best among five or six, most of which were sluggish even in emailing back with clear quotes I requested! Hope we can have the same expeience three years later when the lease expires. I will keep everyone posted!

I brought in my ’05 V70 for some programming, an oil change and a transmission service. Dan, the service manager, kept me updated every step of the way. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. I can’t complain about the courtesy car either! (2015 S60)
