Prior to founding Creative Conception, Inc., Kellie had 11 years of combined experience in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Reproductive Medicine and Infertility, specific to egg donation and surrogacy.

With the experience of supervising an Egg donor program, and the medical experience of IVF, GIFT, ZIFT procedures, protocols, injections, and blood drawing. She has supervised over 700 egg donation cycles and more than 200 surrogate cycles. Creative Conception, Inc. and Kellie Snell’s expertise in egg donation and surrogacy is well recognized and is referred to by over 45 doctors in the field of Reproductive Medicine both nationally and internationally.

Kellie is a frequently requested presenter for national organizations on the subject of Egg Donation and Surrogacy.
