Varelas Concrete

If I could leave no stars or negative stars that would be more appropriate for this review and business.
My wife and I started to search for someone to seal our patio last summer and came upon this business. We contacted them and the time frame and fee seemed reasonable. They came last June to clean and seal our stamped concrete patio. About a month after the seal was applied, bubbles started to appear and we contacted them about this. They blamed it on a new type of sealer that they were having to use because of a product being outlawed so they came out and sprayed xylene to take care of the bubbles. Well the bubbles went away for about a month and they reappeared and we went back-​and-​forth two more times to have this resolved. After winter had ended our patio was wrecked. It was much lighter in color and was flaking off. We contacted them about this again and they came out and power sprayed and this white film that was partially removed is now on our siding, our bushes, our rock and patio furniture. And it’s very difficult to remove from any surface. When we contacted them about this they immediately placed the blame on us that we applied something to the patio to make it this way and still to this day that is their stance. We are coming up on almost a year of this and it’s still not resolved. And I also failed to mention that they rarely ever pick up the phone or schedule actual set appointment times for the work to be done, they just show up and proceed to leave their equipment all over your yard.
I would in no way shape or form recommend this business to anyone for any type of work.
