HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE omg I have never had worse service in my ENTIRE life!!! Me and my girlfriends and 4 year old daughter went there earlier tonight and the restaurant was dead, they took forever, the guy didn’t greet us or thank us or have any manners at all. Employees including manager was on their phones texting not helping customers. Customers had to say«excuse me» to have someone come to the register. Ketchup dispensers were both empty. No one was helping drive thru customers, customers were coming in complaining saying«does your drive thru work?» Employee said«yes maybe you didn’t pull up enough» customer says«yes we did because there’s a long line dude we have been waiting». Employee doesn’t say sorry just throws up his hands. Employees arguing about personal issues. Manager was crabby. Screwing up orders including mine. Rude customer service all around. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems here. This is by far the worst! I will never come back after this! Employees just standing around doing nothing.

Horrible– Worst Wendy’s ever these days. Have been going to this one for years but in the last year this place has gone to hell. Horrible service and cold food. I guess you get what you pay for but it is has gotten so bad I do not go to this Wendy’s anymore.

I pull up at this Wendy’s. I place my order at the drive-through. I pull up to the window, as the 16-year-old employee suggests. He looks at me sheepishly, and laughs as he says, «So we didn’t place your order. Can you drive around and go through the window again?» Meanwhile, a slightly older person standing behind the employee pauses, most likely expecting me to go all Vesuvius on this kid. But guess what? Because I’m not a total douche, I just rolled my eyes, said, «Yeah, okay,» and pulled around. I had to wait behind three cars, but when I got my order, it was hot and correct, so I really don’t have any complaints other than it technically NOT being«fast» food. But really, I think the more debatable word here is «food,» not«fast.» It’s Wendy’s. It’s not a bastion of health or interesting cuisine. But when you’re in a pinch, this one typically serves it hot and your order isn’t messed up. Three outta five ain’t so bad, Wendy. It’s a solid«meh.»
