Absolutely horrible! After reading the first review I thought it would be a good place for me to get my hair cut but boy was I wrong. Customer service was great and all but the hair cut was bad. I asked for a fade and got an undercut that went all the way up to the crown of my head. The side of my hair can’t even form a straight line to split so I can’t style a contour like I asked for. Pretty much the same service as Great Clips or mall service. I am not even comfortable enough to upload pic of my hair. If anyone saw me they’d probably think I’m Kim Jung Un. I’m actually considering to just go bald after 3yrs of having nice medium length hair. If any men out there looking to get a good 2015 cut I’d suggest go somewhere else. See the photos I uploaded because I’ve decided to post them as proof.

Where do I begin with Tom? Looking for a haircut? Tom can do it. So can Great Clips. The difference with Tom is that you can spend an hour getting your hair trimmed because he is truly interested in the conversations he has with you. He won’t pull the whole«How’s it going?» or «So what do you do for a living?». He’ll be flat out honest and ask you about what interestes you. Love the Vikings? He’ll tell you everything you probably don’t know about them Love the Twins? He’s ready to tell you how to fix that team(yet he still loves them). Love hockey? He’ll tell you to leave. Tom is a great, sincere conversationalist and gives a great price for a haircut. If you want to go to sleep go to Great Clips. If you want to actually enjoy your haircut and walk away a little more knowledgeable about any topic(not just sports — in fact, we once discussed Fermat’s Last Theorem to great length) then you should go see Tom. Great price, excellent quality on many levels.
