History
Established in 2012.
Amor and Jonathan (the owners of Rinata Restaurant in Minneapolis) decided to take on a new venture when Jonathan moved to Bryn Mawr neighborhood in Minneapolis, and noticed the lack of a restaurant. After about a week of living in Bryn Mawr, Jonathan fell in love with a location for Sparks — and decided (with Amor) to take the leap.
